Part of the mod (FacePlant's) aim is to have every unit in the mod with Llauma's new head (among other things). I haven't played OFP with BIS heads for at least half a year now. And I'm guessing your non-random face only happens with units using the FP_US_I1 model? It's a bug, which will be fixed in the upcoming patch (I spent many a painful hour fixing it). Good job on spotting it. -

Well, you can if you want. Stick them in your addon folder, and then play sounds the normal way (either use triggers, or unit say "whatever"). Sadly, no other mod has DSAI, though. -

Hey there. The reason the faces won't work on FFUR, or normal OFP for that matter, is because those faces are designed specifically for addons using Llauma's head model v2. That is, FacesTex2 won't work outside of these addons: Sgt. Eversmann's ACU OFPL GROM Laser's PJs FP US Infantry (or any other FP addon, for that matter ) ...to name a few (can't remember any more). Units that have the standard BIS head model will not be able to use these faces, as they have a different architecture. Hope this helps.

I can confirm that. Oi Kyle - how did you make them bounce so well? This is almost as good (even better in some parts) than the ECP grenades? And for your next version, I'd like to ask whether you could remove the dropped clouds when the grenade lands - looks at tad weird on grass, and I don't think that much dust would be kicked up even in the desert.

I agree wholeheartedly, but shouldn't the 2006 Hind be the P variant (perhaps with exhaust covers)? And 5.56mm rifles shouldn't have tracers - didn't I include this in my bug report? -

@Sickboy - found and squished, hopefully! @456820 - there are ripples in the clothing, but they are faint (they way I added them, if they were too pronounced, the clothes look striped). @mp_phonix - patience, me lad. Â @Kaan_ - thanks, I'll stick that up on the 1st page when I let the patch out. @Jahve - added MOLLE drop patch, and redid holster in ACU. Also, I moved the magazine pouch around so it doesn't hinder the un-velcroing process of the IBA. -

@IrishGuy: Don't know how you "go get" that feeling, myself. Check Wilco's post. Wow, look at how much I copied those other addons. Christ, the resemblance to both NUT's ACUSol and Sgt. Eversmann's Rangers is absolutely stunning. Certainly called my bluff. And please, IrishGuy, read the first page of this thread before posting your immature assumptions - I have used parts of other addons, of course, but I actually asked to use them. So shmah. @Neph: They are the BMI BlackOps ANPVS7Bs. Also, there is daytime checking scripts in here for the AI... did you even download the addon? @Sickboy: Thanks for that, it'll be fixed. I'll also look into the selection problem - it's because I forgot to change Bambi's selection names. @Jahve: Have you any pictures of a drop-down MOLLE panel? Or know of any addons using it? And I'll try and shift the magazine pouches around, though I'm fairly sure removing the vest with the admin pouch would not be problem - the pouch isn't covering the vest's release flap. Also, I've fixed the ACU name tapes - it's correct now. -
Sorry about that, Franze - I was confused by the previous pic - my mistake, totally. @Shashmaster - no idea how I got that Stryker, it seriously just ended up in my HD one day. Sweet pics, NSX too - have you any other signatures?

How do you mean? The NVGs will work by themselves on the AI. EDIT: Or do you mean for the player, to avoid the save-load problem? -

Sorry man, I'm not really into the Marines, but it wouldn't be too hard for someone to retexture MARPAT onto the originals, and make a few adjustments to have perfectly adequate marines. But I'm not really keen, sorry. -
Just building on Albert's point - it may be wise to hold off on getting a new GFX card until DX10 (MS Vista) makes an appearance - from what I read out there, it is likely that DX10 is using a different GFX architecture, especially as far as eye candy such as physics and shaders are concerned, meaning all current GFX cards will have to run in DX9-compatible mode.
