No, most likely it'll be another year or 6 months until our troops can come home. And whats Kerry gonna do about N. Korea and Iran? While Washington, LA, Miami, New York, and Boston are being systemmaticly pulverized by North Korean or Iranian nuclear missiles? Whats the UN going to do? Is Mr. Annan going to launch his arsenal of weapons against the N. Koreans or Iranians? No, I don't think so. Kerry's foreign policy plans are so flaky right now that I fear him getting into office. First of all the US govenment IE: Congress shouldn't have anything to do with the UN. Why should we bend over and get screwed in the ass by an organization that we help found. First of all the UN today is a joke, they're not doing their job in the world and their inspectors get led on day in and day out. And don't forget that a president cannot declare war without congressional approval. So all this talk about Bush starting the war is bullshit. Congress approved the war, so all those against the war should go after the congressmen who decided to vote for it. In an extreme example the president could make-up a reason to go to war with France or Russia. But without congressional approval.... That doesn't mean diddily squat! *EDIT* Oh and by the way the education system is screwed up here not becasue of the federal aspect IE: funding..... But becasue of the local and state burning of those funds by not teaching anything pratical, useful or even enriching to the childern that attend public school. So in other words, what is really needed is a reform on the state or local level of educational curiculum. Or perhaps a new Federal curiculum requrement for the states and localities to follow. If you think about it, are kids going to learn things that there is no reason to learn? Like what was the name of George Washington's horse? Who gives a damn lol. Who cares about his horse, what was george washington symbolic for and why was he a respected and chosen man to become president is what we should be teaching the kids.

In HMMWV there are strobes (not mirror spinning around bulb like in MONAX's and DMX's cars), but in so goo addon as CBT, there should be better light, which you can see at the day and night. If you want to put sirens too, please make "double on" - sirens and light and only light. Sometimes the light is needed, but the sound will betray the position of convoy for enemies long before cars come Give PUKF a shout. about what?

I agree as well..... It would be nice to see them flash during the day.... And not to bad-mouth the BIS police jeep light but it really does look stupid to see a small flashing blue light on the top (like a strobe light) without any background lighting effects. If possible for the next update, do it like Deadmeat did for his nogovan police units. Also, I don't know if IRL there is siren on the HMMWV's or not but would be nice thing to have if IRL they have a siren. Great pack BTW COMBAT! guys.... Looking forward to your next project! we were playing WGL mod and I was driving in a HMMWV, little did I know my teamate in a MTLB was following me. So I head into St. Philippe and make a U-turn and as soon as I get out of the city I see a MTLB (which I thought was enemy at that time) racing towards me comming down a steep hill. So I slam on the breaks and the MTLB plows right into my HMMWV killing me and my AI inside instantly and flipping my HMMWV upsidedown. I watched in horror as the MTLB continued on it's path without a scratch (got to love those OFP armour values) after that incident I was LMAO for about 10 mins laughing and coughing and weezing, and the ZEUS guys on TS could literally think I was gonna choke to death from all my laughter / decapitation.... They were kind enough to offer a call to the local emergency number if they stopped hearing me beathe down the mic on TS like it's up my nose.

1 thing i've always been looking forward to in OFP was the ability to have US Army MP's gaurding bases normally in safe conditions, rather than "normal infantry". It just pains me to see at the front gates to OFP bases normal infantry with AT or a MG gaurding the gates in some missions. So what I have in mind is a bit of a request since you're making a US Army HMMWV pack please include a MP HMMWV with a blue police light mounted on it, which i've seen on MP websites and in big black beautyful letters " MILITARY POLICE " on the it. Who know's maybe if you guys are working on a un-confirmed US Army soldier pack include several MP units 1 armed with MP5, 1 with M249, 1 with just a beretta, and 1 with a M16, and all of them having a standard berreta sidearm. And a nice big black cover on their left arm that says " MP " along with a olive drab subdued version

Hi gotta say I love this little "mod" for OFP, makes riding in the zodiac more fun. But I seem to have a problem when post processing is enabled, everything is fine in game except for a large FPS drop.... i'm talking about 8-10 FPS drop from 25 or 30 FPS. Also after leaving the game and comming to the main OFP screen the intro anim for whatever island i was on is all messed up.... Everything appears black and models disapear and reapear for instance the FDF flag pole in the 1st intro screen. But once I get in game everything is fine except when I drown or crash into the water...... half of the screen turns black where the reflecting water should be and the other half shows the sky I tried without post processing on and everything was fine SYSTEM SPECS: DELL DIMENSION 8300 PENTIUM 4 3.0 GHZ CPU WIN XP PRO PNY VERTO GEFORCE 4 TI4400 128MB GRAPHICS CARD SOUNDBLASTER AUDIGY 2 SOUND CARD 2 HARD DRIVES 1 80 GIG AND 1 160 GIG WITH ENOUGH SPACE ON THEM CD R/W AND DVD R/W DISK DRIVES

heh i've been on the USS Gettysburg.... guided missle cruiser with VLS, helipad and all... All as a NJROTC cadet in high school on a "field trip at sea" I still roughly remember the interior of the ship and the area deemed "officer's country" which is off limits to unauthorized enlisted men if you guys ever decide to make a cruiser... I'm here and I still remember most of the interior layout and design / quarters, also a slight note... Most interiors of NAVY ships are almost identical in design becasue of the surviveability the ship has to undergo.
