haven't this been out for a couple years? I remember reading some article in the news a few years ago stating that there might be water frozen in the north and south poles of the moon?

I got my computer running the game much more stable with one of these http://www.sz-wholesale.com/uploadFiles/floor_fan_623.jpg pretty awesome cooling! It makes some noise though so its not for the easy to get annoyed people ;) removed 2 front hatches from the chassi and I have the floor fan clearing the chassi with cold air.

damn thats alot of support, tried the game but I really hate the duels, they totally make me hate the game :D It feels a bit silly when I could have shoot 'em down really easy in standard mode :P

my initial reaction when testing this with some ground fighting with some infantery squads was that I didn't notice the difference, until I played around with grenades and stuff :D Then it was more noticeable that grenades could bounce away like a ball thrown against a pavement :) thx for the update btw!

Never thought it would come to use anyways... Maybe if a crazy computersystem like skynet came alive with A.i and it decided to control weapon systems and launch missiles :D airborne laser systems for the win imo :) stationary targets are way too vulnurable anyways :)

Yeah I reverted the save and I got it to work, the Lz showed up and I was attacked by a few vehicles and troops :)

cool with the new screens! :) Looks somewhat like Arma 2 but still not, the lightning and colors feel a bit different, more vibrant and happy maybe :D But its in sci-fi setting so its nothing strange :) I got Arma 2 and I can't wait to see more of what Bis can do :)

Sounds like overheated hardware. I have a friend that once overclocked his P4 to much once and it started overheating really easy, the processor was overheating sometimes even when he used winamp. The computer made a very distinct beeping sound that could not be missed :D

@thaFunkster Its under your boss dialogue log I think. I rember I found it but it was under the button where you can view all dialogues you have had with characters in the mission.

How do I prevent my coop mission from crashing my arma 2 to desktop? Im using the first aid modules and the Secop module all syncronized to a squad of playable soldiers and it always sooner or later crashes my arma 2 to desktop. No custom scripts in the mission and patch 1.03. When I remove the secops module it stops crashing to desktop.

Sounds like a cool idea, just some people work a bit diffirently with how fast they burn through the food energies :P A buddy of mine sometimes manages like 6-8 hours with no food, just cigarettes :D then he has a big meal at the evening. while I get all wobbly in my head if I don't get to eat or drink during 4 hours :D besides a module won't be forced upon every user of the game, only those who play missions that use that module ;)

I got Arma 2 finally running on my newly built hardware but very often when I try to play around with the Secop manager in the mission editor Arma 2 crashes to desktop with a message that it needs to shutdown. hardware specs are amd phenom 2 X 3 720 cpu 2 gigs of ram and Ati radeon Hd 4850 1 gig graphicscard memory. win xp 32 bit.

Pure awesome terminator "tank" model, as mentioned above a bit proportions are a bit off like the lenght and stuff.and the head feels to small compared to the movie one.

I remember Battlefield 2042 or what it was called had Emp grenades that infantery could use to temporary disable mechs :) Could also make them do some damage too at the same time ;) prob solved maybe , just how to make the fx maybe? A a bunch of small sparks flying around in a sphere around the grenade when it impacts? removing the fuel maybe for some time or so at impact of emp?

The AA system in ofpa and Arma rox the sox :D Its one of the areas where I think makes gameplay much more intresting than in BF 2 where all AA weapons are on aircrafts or static positions on the map and can almost always be destroyed easily by the flying around in jets all days dudes.. So its impossible to nail them sometimes cause they keep destroying the static aa defenses.. I really love the more mobile anti air weapons that are in Arma :) Maybe They could add a audio warning and a button you could press to deploy flares but imo there should be a limit on the flares and they shouldn't be 100% scratch free either.

longwinger the save game doesn't work to load in a patch game since it was saved in a older version of the game obiously, thats something I have seen in many other games too...

Ohh this sounds like some awesome exporting tool :) But I really wish for a maya version sometime in the future :) I just wish I could script stuff :p
