    I've decided to make Titus with rear wheels steering (animation only) and tweak turncoef in config. Central wheels are still steering in PhysX. Just check the test version and let me know what do you think about handling and visual behaviour. It's configured for unarmed version only. Download test version HERE.

    UPDATE! Ver. 1.01 - improved damage model (now the vehicle is closer to MRAP, better SLAT cage damage and other tweaks of hitpoints) - added hitpoints of body under roof - windows grilles, police parts and stripes now disapear after destruction of the vehicle - ability to open co-drivers door in unarmed version - added emblems of several counterterrorist units for vehicle with police parts (use this command: vehicle setObjectTextureGlobal [9, "qin_titus\data\emblems\swat.paa"]; another units: geo.paa, gign.paa, gsg9.paa, nocs.paa, urna.paa) - added armed police version (virtual garage only) - changed rvmat files (now the vehicle doesn't have a wet look) - added preview picture of police version - added skin of AAF

    First I made steering animation of third axle but physicaly in Arma engine its not possible to steer wheels opposite side. Also there is no possibility of all wheel drive 6x6. Only first two wheels can be driven in Arma. Which another mods are you using? Depending on my free time maybe in the future I will add this part. But first I would like to tweak reported issues and follow some suggestions. By the way, thanks for your nice videos, guys. I really enjoyed them.

    I think the SLAT cage should work. I've tested it with RPG and the cage protected the vehicle. After hit of the SLAT, the affected part should disappear. Also windows grilles should protect you from rifles. However I will check it. I'm sorry I was in hurry yesterday because of pressure of time. By mistake I used this parameter twice in my config and the last one was set to "RscUnitInfoNoWeapon". reyhard - For solving an issue of FFV and destrType, when I was able to walk trough vehicle after its destuction. All people for advice about IP rights of design in this topic. Bohemia Interactive - for Arma 3 and their tools. Also I used their tires texture of Pandur, as Titus uses same.
  8. Hello dear modding community! Since December 2017 I try to solve a problem regarding to release of my mod for Arma 3. I work on MRAP vehicle Titus made by Nexter systems in cooperation with Tatra. I began working on this project in April 2017. In December I was ready to release this addon, but my topic on the forums was removed and I got this message: "The company who owns the intellectual property rights complained through their legal department. They claimed that this content infringed the intellectual property rights of their client." I'm in contact with one employee of Tatra and he told me that Nexter claims the right to design. Unfortunaly I'm not able to get any details from Nexter, though I tried to contact them in several ways. They were informed about purpose of this project, that it is used as unofficial addon for Arma 3 and it will never be monetized. But as the employee of Tatra informed me, their answer is NO. Everything on this mod is my own work - model, textures, configs, scripts. For modelling I used photos available on the internet or my own photos taken on expos of this vehicle. In this way I just want to ask you, if you have ever met with this issue and if you could share your experience how to solve it. Titus for Arma 3 contains three versions: unarmed, armed and police version Features: - accessories in virtual garage: working slat cage, camo net, windows grilles - five colours - simulation of Tatra suspension (“backbone“ tube and independently swinging half-axles) - mirros and cameras - working GPS on more than 40 maps - animated doors, hatches - UAV terminal available for commander - working lightbar and sirens on police version HERE you can check a gallery of my work in progress

  14. I'm in contact with Nexter's lawyer who reported breach of IP rights to BI. I've explained him purpose of this project and wrote him all details how my work was made. But it's more than two months I'm still waiting for Nexter's expression within this comunication. Yesterday I wrote him again and explained him my work regarding to information I got from you guys. Eventauly I asked him if I could release this project with changed name and removed brands/trademarks. The lawyer answered me that he's still waiting for IP owner's decision as every time I ask him for status.

These machines you can know from NATO Tiger Meet. For example the newest one is Hind Alien Tiger. It's just retextured Hind from CUP. You can see screenshots and download the addon on Steam Workshop. This addon requires CUP Vehicles.

  23. Hi all, I'm working on MRAP vehicle with commander and gunner seats. Both of them use remote controled turrets on the vehicle. Commander uses camera and gunner uses weapon station. Moreover they can use roof hatches of that vehicle. And there is my problem. For now I'm fighting with commander's turret class. Here is my config: When I spawn the vehicle, commander's hatch is open. So if I get in as commander, I'm turned out. But if I use parameter isPersonTurret = 2; commander is turned in his and hatch is being closed after he get in the vehicle. Next problem is that I can shoot from a rifle as turned out and as turned in also. But if the commander is turned in, I want to use a camera turret. Does anybody have an idea what's wrong? Of course I've read a lot of threads on the forums and I tried a lot of combinations in the config but nothing helped me.

And I've changed outGunnerMayFire and inGunnerMayFire. Thank you for your help again, reyhard!   25. If I use isPersonTurret = 2; then I can also finaly get in from outside. Then I'm on the seat without zoom but I can fire from vehicle turned in. Reyhard, do you know how does it work with RHS RG33L? There you can get in as cargo and normaly turn out. I tried to use RHS CargoTurret config from this vehicle but with no result.
