I justwant to tell all the Naysayers:
Look at how unfinsihed and full of bug was the first release of Operation Flashpoint in 2001. The campaign was unplayable and was not able to finish it beacuse  things got stuck up in objects and such. There were trmendous ammount of bugs in 1.00. OFP reached its glory only in resistance. Its story its gameplay and the engine was fixed up continously and many great addonmaker made the game into what it was. A pretty damned good game.
I understand that the first priority should be the editing tools. But how much time did pass from OFP 1.00 till the first official editing tool was released? Almost a year.
Many ppl thought that, they will get a game at such quality like their old patched, bugfixed, and tremendously modded OFP. And they were dissatisfied with the results. But to be Honest the first release of OFP was like this too. A simple skeleton with basic aspects and pretty much possibilties.
Do not forget that, the community perfected the games alongside with BIS.
If BiS does not fix the engine modders cannot work. And they are doing it. I bought the german version of ArmA. and ever since then they are fixing it. Continously.
I would vouch for that BiS will not stop supporting us with patches until 1.96 like they did in OFP.
They went from 1.00 until 1.96 with almost the same stepping.
If anyone says that this is not support than what it is?
