Better to stick to the pain transport cargo verssion, literly too many of the them due to the config incorpotated leave with over 60 offical varients and model numbers. You'll fall victim to too many unit to realisticly complete like in most the humvee mods. The other crap can be added later. I constantly hear the rave about the CBT vehicles but seldom see them in coop missions other that clan only used. 90% of the time its BIS stuff in the big scale battles netwize.

To be honest it stopped popping up some time ago, but I run it with another realistic effect mod made up by a clan I do things with. Noticed drastic changes in chopper support between 1.8 and 1.9, the effects where a bit downgraded. didn't have faul system problems after getting hit. Gone is the smoke trail when you have damage but still able to limp back home. Nore total failure if you don't land a havy damaged chopper.

Funny the M2 always had removet firing ability with remote sighting system TC can fire the M2 from inside the tank, and use the regualer TC sights to track threats. He has a full gunner station for himself and all the controls for the main gune and M2 system. The gunner can track stuff as well while the TC can veiw and selecte targets for the gunner to engage next. Due to the crappy armor value system its a waste of time adding all that junk to the tank, only would be there for looks and bump the polly count up higher making it very laggy if used. Lots of people have brought up this package at least five times already, still don't give the tank any more protection from IEDs, and the reactive armor will kill any nearby dismounted infantry caught near the vehicle when its hit. The more vulreable areas are still not protected what good is even adding this crap if it fails to do anything gamewise? The picture of the M1 half tracked is a battle field repair that can be made to get the tank moble again if it is damaged by a AT mine. This is normal combat recovery procedure to get the tank back to someplace where repairs can be made if a tank hauler cant be quickly gotten.

Well, finishing em is not too hard, was discussing it with a few other mod makers about pack completetion.. Wasn't a hell lot left to really do on it.

actually the is heli taxi and landimg scritps introduced in the Ah64 pack. DKM Havok could make a runway landing when if you very very careful but the last update broke it. Nearly cried but you could take off rolling.

Seeing the Hind is ne of the faster combat choppers out having twin 2,200 hp engines, 2 OFP is not a hardcore flight simulator. Watched the Marines give aUH60 Blackhawk need to change their underware they have a caputered Mi24D Hind up at Yuma. For a chopper of its size and height its suprizingly manueverable. Something that better armoered that a M2A2 and flies. at speeds of WWII fighter planes.

odd they don't ain anything I have used theses units in even with BIS, BAS and my own pilot players at the controls, something telle s me you got a scrtip running somewhere.

It isn't if your tank is hit once by a t64 or t72, the BIS M1A1 the crews do not run away like cowards fist hit on their vehicle. You can order repairs and send the track to the support units for repairs fairly easilly. I often can get into the Spe and drive it back to a repair truck to get it fixed. The AI bail out way too quickly the gun still works, its only track damage and its still driveable. The tank is great in MP missions because players can operate it proporly, AI stink in these tanks most engagements with SIG's T80s Over large open areas usualy end poorly for the M1s. Due to chicken AI.

I be happy if the chicken-sh*t AI didn't unass the track with the first mobility kill.. Unable to call in repair units to fix the tank cause the AI have abandoned the vehicle. Then get smoked as the next hit slams into the disabled vehicle which still didn't destroy the tank, the player can't easilly request support for repairs.

His mod he does as he wishes, seeing stuff that gets open sourced rarely gets completed, enough broken incompleted crap floating around in the comunity. I be more suprized Bungey didn't grab him, or MSN gaged him for touching thier Halo projects.

I'm mentioning about the moaners demanding the model be redone, literly have to be replaced to have the stuff corrected, Vit usualy only uses aviable modles seldom does model work. All the values are from a addon he released before only changed for the new ATGM systems an d loadouts.

Clearly this guys never really spent time with the shithook, it flies like a bus. The AH64 is not that slugish even more so with a joystick. Seeing it s loaded down with lots of ordinace and fuel its not going to be really as agiale as the reglar bis apache. Having a smaller payload and no heavy avionic packages. The AH64 is no match for Mi-24D in the air in a toe to toe fight. Is not built for going after it its for killing tanks, Mi24 Hinds are very deadly even to fixed winged aircraft the first chopper with confirmed jet kills.

I work on the OPCWG mods now, A lot of that stuff is fairly outdated for the second gulf war Over 10 years differance between Desert Shield and orperation Iraqi Freedom. I think it far better, they use existing units to fill in the slots. We all know most players are just gonna rip the mod apart or change out all the weapons and vehicles for who ever addon is on their top list. -
Funny FlashFx shows dust and smoke scripts on this bird fine, its very large you have to look closely. Which is nice it overridees the normal ones Vit uses cause they are laggy. It uses ECP core as its base, so not usure why its not showing on ECP, I don't use it cause its wasn't not as easy to install as Flash FX nore supported heli-units as well Theadvenger your welcome to go back to the BIS hind or creat one yourself, Vit has done a great deal of work in this addon. FYI the original modle was 40K in polies. And had tons of errors, in its make up its over 10 years old.. This is still in beta as well meaning its gonna have bugs.

1in1class Simple the model literly is switched. to a wrecked model which is already on the ground. AS less laggy differnt model swaping code is used on this chopper to make it a little better in MP missions so everyone don't freeze in game if one AH64 goes down.
