Altis is not in the pacific. The video at the start of survive showed that. It zooms in on the clouded area in the Mediterranean and then shows Stratis. Plus noone speaks Greek in the pacific.

i like this update. Just set up a 3 FIA squad vs 2 CSAT mech squad fight over Feres and was pretty intense. With fatigue and weapon sway. It pays to take things nice and slow now. I don't know what some people are complaining about. yes. weapon sway does make you miss sometimes but even so, I still managed to kill things. Just be less fatigued and things will be better. Is it just me or do firefights seem longer now?

I'm very warey of buying games now days, especially games you see marketed all over the place. I have payed full price for games in Australia (around $70-$80-$90 for a new game) and they have been terrible. Play them, finished them in 4 hours and they go on a shelf and never played again. All because i was sucked into the marketing. Things that are dead give aways for me. Celebrity voice actors, Like the new Call of Duty that's coming out. I forgot his name but his probably been payed quite a bit for his..........................voice. That's all. And its one of its major marketing points. A celebrity voice actor. Who, lets be fair. Probably only show up in some cutscenes. Nothing really added to the game. I mean it would of been the same if they got some unknown voice actor for cheap and used him. But you cant market that. Call me a OFP fanboi but I quite liked that mission in resistance where you gotta find the resistance camp. And you meet Maruk and Suma (I assume it was Maruk and Suma doing the voices).

The ending kinda opens up two possible armaverse story lines. (Maybe future DLC) One were WW3 has began and NATO and CSAT are going at it with earthquakes instead of nukes (:confused:) Conflict in the pacific. Huge possibilitys. Another for a single campaign ala PMC style. PMC's on Altis. I dont know.

I have heard Malaysia Airlines has been in a bit of financial problems for a bit now. Could of been pilot suicide over lack of pay and debt. Happened a few years ago with a Singaporian or Indonesian pilot crashing the plane into Sumatra. Just my opionion.

You know you can probably make a replacement of weapons like give the Scorpion to the AAF or CPW to CSAT yourself? Just make a replacement config.

Because there still working on the planes. Arma3 team is focused on many things now, Not just 1 thing at a time. Zeus, Finishing off the campaign, Planes, Performance fixing. Bugs. and probably more. So mate. Get some patience. Planes are being made. And you don't need a plane. You want a plane. You desire for a plane in Arma3. But not now or ever has anyone ever needed a plane in Arma3. :p

If your using the dev build patches, Sorry to say this but its your own fault the missions are getting screwed up. Those are just testing patches pretty much. If you are using the main updates and it is a mission problem. I just advise fixing the mission. Gotta keep updating ya work. Its not easy. Every 3rd party creator has to keep updating there work to keep up with the games there creating on. Every game that supports 3rd party creation is the same.

I quite like it. What annoys me is every soldier having the same equipment. I like a bit of variation between them.
