Synchronise the BLUFOR trigger zone to the OPFOR waypoint of 'get in'. Synchronising triggers to waypoints means that the waypoint will not advance until the trigger has been sprung. Once the trigger runs with 'blufor present', the waypoint for the man will be allowed and he will immediately get in the vehicle.
