I like this mod, but for the sake of constructive criticism: When using the AH6 on outside view with 4,000rpm minigun, the volume is reduced to almost inaudiable levels. You might want to check that out and if it's a unilateral bug, address it. Otherwise, it sounds top dollar. Good work guys, it's really easy for me to sit here and pick it apart. It's testament to the work you do that the only boo boo I can see is a chopper volume issue. Thanx, Torch

Hi, I'm trying to add the pack but I don't understand the following: " * Edit your ArmA shortcut to include the mod, add: {{{ -mod=@SIX_Pack1 }}}" I'm not sure what to do here. I put the addon folder into the arma directory and put the contents of the dta folder into the BIS one, but I don't have a clue how to edit my arma shortcut. If anyone can help I would be grateful. -
Cool. Bullets striking the floor are soooo important. Looking forward to hearing the results. One of my favourite bullet effects was on Goldeneye N64 when a round would hit a character and there was a very clinical 'whomp' sound. Classic. The work I've seen so far is top notch, looking forward to the final product. Keep up the good work chaps!

Good attitude man, It's unheard of to actually get feedback from games developers in my experience, so it's really good to hear that peoples opinions count towards something and you guys listen to what people think. The commitment you've all shown to your project is total, and the results are speaking for themselves. I've really enjoyed playing the game with your sound-mod and I look forward to seeing (hearing)?! the finished article. Thanks

Hi Chammy, I downloaded the mod and tried it out. Generally it's excellent quality and a marked improvement on the stock sounds of Arma. In answer to your questions: 1. How does it feel when you're in combat with the latest version of the mod? It sets a better atmosphere for the game and the sounds are more organic and less processed than the vanilla version. It seems more intense with the mod running and as such, the feeling of actually 'being there' seems more pronounced. 2. In you're opinion what do you think could be added to help the feeling of battle? The vanilla supersonic crack of guns isn't very good at all. It just sounds like an air rifle to me. Maybe you could look at that. Americas Army does really nice effects for that. Something similar to that could work really well. Could you tweak bullets striking the floor so that the volume is a little higher? That would go a long way to recreate the feeling of being shot at and bullets striking the ground near you. Some radio chatter would be good when inside vehicles. Also, I'm not a big fan of the sound of tank cannons in the game. I don't know whether you've looked at that yet. The sound you've implimented for the miniguns is good, but i Think maybe you should add a touch of reverb to it, to make it sound less like an alpha wave and give it some character. That's just my thoughts though. 3. Why did you choose this mod? and now that you have chosen this mod, was it worth it? I chose it as the FDF pack is okay but there was definitely room for improvement. This mod is excellent, and I look forward to seeing its development. Good work fellas!!

This is such a good mod. I really enjoy playing it as the troops look the part and the guns are the coolest. Amazing work on the clip animation and sounds for the SIG 550/551/552. On the next version, will there be more missions to play? The ones released with V1.1 are good, but there are so few of them. Also, are there many people playing on the switzerland mod server? I've looked a few times but it always seems to be empty. Thanks for the mod and keep up the good work. -
Hi all, When I play with AI buddies on Evo, do I get credit for their kills either as part of a unit I'm commanding, or when they're used as gunner in (for example) an M1A1? Thanks for replies in advance.

I downloaded this yesterday. Really top notch work. The translucent mags are really well done on the Sigs. The missions play well too. Looking forward to seeing what other mods you've got in the pipeline. The only thing I noticed that may be wrong is the firing sound on the sniper rifle seems to cut off a little too soon. It might just be my computer though. Really professional stuff. Keep it up! -

Thanks for the reply. How do I open the BIS/Arma/Addon folder though? I'm not too good with PC's Edit: I've got the FDF soundpack intalled, will the two run together?

Hi all, I'm in the UK and would like to download these skins and weapons. I've never put a mod on before, how do I do it? If somebody could do a step by step guide, I'd be really grateful. I've downloaded the pbo file but now I'm stuck! Thanks in advance
