I second that. The plane looks great, I hope the interior will be improved as you said. The one in pack2 was a bit ***** up. Even if you put in the HUD from your Skyhawk, it will be an improvement. Keep it up - And good luck with that thesis. I'm a first year and already going crazy.

When I try to put an F-15 in a mission it gives a pop-up about a "aim9_mesh.p3d" file. I can't start the F-15 eventually. Anyone else has this? Shifting to another issue- For those not sure about how to call artillery: 1- As a squad leader I activate the "call for artillery" from action menu. 2- Then switch to map put the mouse cursor over the target. 3- Hold alt+shift keys and click the left mouse button on the target. 4- A menu appears: You can choose dispersion and number of shots. 5- After choosing your options, exit the map and enjoy the fireworks. Hope it helps someone.

Basically lots of people simply can't afford ArmA, because of their old systems. So you will have an audience for your addons. Besides I've seen people porting to ArmA complete addons made for OFP, so it might even make your job easier on that direction. Instead of building a new addon from scratch that is.

Great to hear, thanks for the fast reply. Just a final small thing- Can you upload it to OFP-Files as well? I know ofp.info switched their server, but it didn't make any change for me. It's a great site but a speed of 2 b/s..... Anyway thanks for the hard work, looking forward to it.

Miles just a suggestion- If all those missions get too much in the way, make a quick demo mission for Achzarit and release the pack. Example- Showing that Achzarit can pass trough an RPG infested area. Anyway about the maps- You'll be releasing updated versions of them as well? I remember there was a bridge bug in Lebanon that I complained about and it was fixed, but the improved version wasn't released. (It was on the OFP.info formus I think)

Miles if you can just paint the regular Zelda apc with M2, so that it will be usable in Lebanon. Even brown will do. Edit: Forgot to say- Great work, keep it up! Edit 2:That thing you mentioned about the door opening when troops disembarking, it's just like in SLX mod. You tried contacting the author - Solus about it?

Nice to see a sign of life. I liked the way you guys imitated the Achzarit door opening. From what I remember it should open a bit slower, and the upper part was still attached to the body from it's sides.However if that will slow down the disembarking troops, than you made the right call. Gameplay is more important. And a question- What is the final color scheme you are implementing? I saw grey-green tanks and desert yellow APC's in the clip's opening scene. You're not making a different color for different vehicles right?

From the prespective of "who is right?", Codemasters own the name, but everything else is BIS's creation. Mainly the Idea for such a game. From what I heard about game 2, it's going to be a "Soldier RPG". That has the potential of being as innovative as OFP was in 2001. But if Codemasters do a great game, why not? I just don't think it will be replacement to game 2/ArmA. It will be a "realistic" FPS of some sort.

I have the ReGet download manager, which works fine, except on OFP.Info. So if anyone have downloaded it, please upload to some file hosting to let others have it as well.

I think people here simply overestimate the Bradley because it's a U.S vehicle. In any case I second the previous posts, in that at least the TOW firing ability after the first hit should be disabled. The only operational APC I know of, that can withstand a modern MBT hit, is the Israeli "Achzarit". Because it has an MBT like armour. Not because of anything else. If you don't have a MBT grade armour you won't survive a main gun hit. Wheter it's a 120mm or 125.

I understand that the team is probably hard pressed between real life and listening to whining about "When will it be released?". But... Any chance of receiving a life sign, screen, something? Seeing the Falklands finally released, raised my hopes that there is still some fighting spirit in good old OFP. -

@ch_123, robetso: Finally someone agrees with me about the Bradley issue. @TB- Bradley that is destroyed from an IED is different than a 125mm APFSDS penetration. Even if not destroed the crew shouldn't be able to fire a TOW at a T-80,seconds after being hit.

I've been hearing about this mod ever Since I got into OFP (2002/03). Can't Imagine the amount of effort put into this. Congra'ts on the release. Can anyone who already downloaded put screens?

Tb, great choice on that SU-30. And the Arty system sounds like it's going to change the gameplay completly. Question is can the AI make use of it? I have to second the Tunguska complaints though. It should alaways have a radar on. Yes it will be stronger than the U.S Likenbaker, but the Russians do have a tradition of strong AA units in reality. Another thing I wrote about a few times, Why can't I destroy completly a Bradley with a single T-80/90 shot? It's kind of unbalanced with the BMP-3 being destroyed with one M1A1/2 shell. (As it should)

If you want to switch the SU-27 than Scar's SU-30 is a far better choise. It's not so fast, and has multiple weapons types. SU-30 is one of Russia's largest exports. (China, India) As far as I know there are SU-30's in service,though not many. Anyway it's still better than Footmunch's Su-27.

I noticed that the SU-27 is way faster than the F-15. Anyway to get them both going on say... 1000 kph? (Mach 1 if i remember correctly). The obviuos reason is that F-15 is easy to kill with a Su-27, and as F-15 pilot it's very hard for me to intercept.

Thanks for the patch TB. I remember asking for modern AA systems to be added a good number of pages back. Good to see them back in FFUR. The F-15 and T-62 are also excellent choices.

In quality of units, the scope of units covered (U.S, OPFOR, US historic), and the gruops for every type - It's like an infantry mini mod! I'm trying to make a dvd with my favorite addons, but the updates here always catch me off guard. I'll need a rewritble disc. Great work!
