  1. Quote[/b] ]At this very moment, somewhere in the world, a future dictator's father isn't using a condom.

That's a good quote, but so true.

Even if Japan did have the means to invade somewhere, I think the people would greatly object to it. A lot has changed in the past 60 years. They've revived themselves and grown a population where the majority of them are peace-loving citizens. I'm sure there would be widespread demonstrations in most Japanese Towns/Cities against it. Besides, can anyone tell me where there is left to invade without NATO or the UN or some other faction stepping in to dissolve it?

And I agree with harley, the Japanese people are too smart to do anything as foolish as that.

If I was PM Koizumi, I would create a space programme. I think the Japanese have the ability to create a better and quicker one than China/America combined.

    Just my veiwpoint though.

  2. Patience is the key to a good product! Take your time, even with the beta! I can't wait to try it out, it should prove interesting! yay.gif

OT: Am I right in saying that it was many a year before the Russians first tested and started developing Atomic technology? I heard it wasn't until the late 40s (early 50s) that the USSR had a fully working Atom Bomb at their disposal.

I know it's a tradgic thing to say, but if the majority of Russian troops were in Berlin at the end of the war, the Americans could've followed the agreement (Stalin gets Berlin) and pulled out, only to bomb it a few days later. Although this would probably effect their "hearts and minds" campaign.

Also, if the Alliance did invade Russia, would there have been a good chance of another "Stalingrad-type-of-event" happening? If Russia gained a victory, would the same thing happen all over again?

These are just 3 in a haystack of possibilities, someone should open an OT forum, it could make an interestic subject.

  3. Hi

Just one little issue, sorry to add to the blacklist, but I think there is somthing up with the aiming involving a reverse effect of gravity, and I don't think it was intentional.

You need to shoot at their legs (when looking through the Iron Sights and using crosshairs) to cover the enemy's head/chest. Wouldn't it be the other way around? confused_o.gif

This problem only seems to occur with the Spetz Natz Silenced AK, and sometimes the PK (in the 1985 packs). Just a minor problem though atm.

    Thanks

  4. I just finished downloading all the packs... *puff* *pant*

It was worth it though. Really worth it, seriously if you're just browsing this forum I suggest you download one of these packs! NOW! DON'T STOP TO EAT!!

(Sorry for being behind everyone else, you can blame it on lightning whistle.gif )

  5. If you can do it, then do it! biggrin_o.gif

Just remember that AA is closing in on us, and it might be easier to do it on that, if it already has been implemented.

But still, it would be a good idea to break as many boundries as possible before the sequels.

Awsome work, I'd take it as it is!! yay.gif

  6. You mean a unit replacement pack type thing? Sounds good!!

Although the M-26 could stand up to the T-34, the russians could build thousands of them, and get them to Berlin quicker than the Americans could get their shermans there.

Of course, American/British airpower would compensate there.

Also, I can imagine some newly captured soviet countries revolting due to a veriety of reasons, IF the Allience started their march to Moscow.

To the mod I say - Go for it!! thumbs-up.gifyay.gif

  7. Quote[/b] ]I also don't want nor need a knife.

Well a Combat Knife is standard issue for any Soldier in most armies, but I know what you mean. But I would still like a melee attack with the rifle but/pistol whip/fists. It's what a lot of people would do if they were busy reloading with the enemy 3ft away from them, right?

It's too late to start suggesting things now though. Best wait for OFP 2 thumbs-up.gif

I was amazed when I first saw that option though in the OFP demo a few years back.

    Those were the days biggrin_o.gif

Oops, that was a bit offtopic... apologies to the great gods of the forums!
