I have to say I haven't seen it yet But I plan to see the intro cinematics when eating my late dinner today... Czech really differs from Russian, and it really sounds "harder". But about the difference: Czech could hardly understand Russian. Czech language was under heavy influence of German since 13th century, Russian was less influenced by foreign languages (until Tzar Peter "The Great" tried to establish some closer relations with foreign countries, from those times, many words from other languages infiltrated Russian and only barely changed). You should better ask some Russian on history of his language... Thanks for the info Edge! I'm always interested of languages and their backgrounds.

Another enemy of cinematics!  Pyjama party - now you see how stupid our fathers felt when they attnded the compulsory exercises  In fact, the uniforms are as realistic as possible. I'm not a enemy of the cinematics but intro was just too long for my taste. Good intro though.   How much the Czech differs from Russian? For me it sounded "harder" than Russian.

The intro was TOO long. 10 mins should be max length. And the infantry looks like they having a pyjama party. Other units are very detailed (cars, tanks, helicopters etc.), good textures. Some sounds are too quiet and i was bit dissapointed that mod didn't have Chezk voice profiles like finnish voices in FDFmod.

Well, driving a car or tank would be neat with pedals at least. Don't know about the walking or running with them. Â

Uh. well...is THAT a disadvantage? Not necessarily, but there should be someone who has some kind of authority over the inferior players. Like "I'm your superior and I command you to buy a jeep" .

Coops are really nice when playing in good company (Kyllikki's server ) CTi sucks because you have too much choices and possibilities. And usually team work is bad. Maybe smaller scale and limited resources with good team would make CTi enjoyable.

I'll quess that you don't have proper codecs. So, search google with "ultimate codec pack" or something. Â

I've got Radeon 9600, 1.7 ghz amd xp, 256mb ddr and sometimes OFP awfully low framerates. Especially in MP. Any suggestions?

What a beauty! Good textures make addons look always good.

Bigger urbanized areas aside with countryside would be neat. I mean, 5km x 5km (too big?) sized little towns or cities and big forests, mountains, hills or fields surrounding them. OT: I just can't wait for OFP2 Â Â Â

That interface is too complex Though, more flexible controls are needed.

That 3d enclylopedia would be easier to make IMHO. You could just use your ingame models for that and make some kind of viewer for them. But there's more important things to do than this. Â edit: typo

Yeah, It would be nice if OFP^2 landscape had some kind of ditches or trenches on side of the road. Here in Finland roads are generally separated from the surrounding environment by some ditches.

Really? I'm on a 900mhz K7, 384mb SDRAM and a Radeon 7500 and I don't have a problem with it. Â Weird, I have 1.7 ghz Athlon with 256 DDR and Radeon 7000. Could it be gfx cards fault? Â BTW. Speznaz recon units are so cool with their head scarfs and head phones.

Good addon. Smoking gun effect is nice. Especially with SAW. Â Only downside is that the javelin missile leaves too much smoke behind when fired. It's quite heavy effect on my computer.

Yep, the game's only major flaw and I think this is under heavy re-coding.

That happens on my comp also. Just have to clean up my addons folder since i don't need anything else but FDFmod Â

It would be nice if you could point your mate and then his/her name would pop on the center of the screen. But if the mate was too far (~20 meters away from you) the name wouldn't show up. This would prevent enemy/friendly indentification in long ranges. What do you say?

I hope that WTO decides that every countries are allowed to help rebuilding the Iraq. Besides, It's so unfair that at first US attacks to some country, and then starts making money of country's natural resources and rebuilding program. Â
