Did you happen to move all of your'e BAS stuff into said mod folder, including Tonal, just tha t you may have missed something. I think BAS_repairH is needed by tonal. The ASH stuff used to/or still is required by Winter Kolguyev which has since been superceeded by Winter Nogoyev which doesn't need them anymore maybe?
