ive been using it since beta 1 (your on 1.2 now arent you?) and i really like it, one thing though, isit possible for you to add more bushes and trees as theres large areas of open ground with no cover, especially in the south west portion of the island (near the base and radio tower)
other than that very nice

in having them all jump at once that will cause several 'chutes to collide and "kill" the soldier, i usualy ripple mine (ie one squad jump in say 100m then two squad jumps, another 100m then three squad jumps...though i expect with it being an aircraft the squads would be very drawn out due to speed...2 being 50-75m from 1 etc)

(might want to check the rest of CoC out while your at it, worth it )

sounds very complicated, is this to be part of the battle school series?
also, how many units would it be overall? (300? 400?) just so i can get an idea of how it will run on my pc
either way, good luck with it, I like the soud of it
-
sounds like it would be a good mission... just fitting all those units on the island would be a problem wouldnt it? and laggy at times if theres alot of units on screen?

It is great fro Short take off. I got my MiG-29 off the ground and into the air without crashing at 270m, normally it takes about double that. Carrier laucnhes come to OFP <span id='postcolor'>
heh yeh i tried that too, and heres my little contribution:
just a few of mine...anyone else have the ramp crumple alot when you hit it over a certan speed? that ruined alot of good stunts

yet even 98 imo is better than ME, it doesnt crash anywhere near as much as ME does...thats from my experiance anyway
and yeh, I agree with Mr Frag, NT is far more stable, Im on XP atm and havent crashed since i formatted last (3 months ago)
-
rofl, yes i know exactly what you mean...now that you mention that, ill try that "wait for me" thingy later and see if it works

lol, that could be kinda of embarresing should the need arise

for those that dont...care to enlighten us?

yep, only the desert airfield is useable by the AI, and afaik theres no way to fix it
-
besides no sound for the 80mm FFARs and the little glitch with the ATGMs its great, for some reason it seems to handle better too, i dont loose control as easily as with the BIS one
(the glitch if anyone hasnt fixed it, ill post the corrected line if Evis doesnt mind/correct/post himself before i do)
overall nice work Evis, i like it

OFP crashes to desktop when I load a big map (shouldnt' be a memory conflict with 512mb).
it doesnt run the BF1942 SP demo (MP works fine for some reason).
internet Explorer will crash sometimes, but not a big problem
am i the only one having these problems with XP?
EDIT - great, now it's giving me troubles with the MP version of BF1942. <span id='postcolor'>
ive always found that any problems with crashing (back when i first got XP) that a clean format worked wonders, since i formatted last, ive not had a glitch.

OFP runs better on XP for me than any other windows i have tried (98se and *gasp* ME) XP runs all my games perfect tbh

last time i checked ofpec.com is currently "down for maintainace" and only the forums are up

Ok, first i did a search and found nothing of use.
now, rather than whine to one of the modmakers to make a unit, I decided to follow Major FUBAR's example and try adding my own weapon loadouts etc to units. But so far I've been unable to find a list of the names for the units/models whatever you want to call them (by this i mean "SoldierEB", "SoldierESaboteurPipe" and "SoldierWB" etc)
is there one anywhere i havent found? If not would anyone care to list them?
Thanks

i dont think extreme is right, we have a range of hills near where i live similar to them, pretty steep (over 45°) though admitedly some shallower ones would be nice
