  1. yes, it would be nice, but due to limitations in the game engine, it wouldnt be of that much use. it would go far to quick to be able to make a strafing run for example, somthing more like DKM's OV10 would be more usefull, theres already about 10 similar threads, so for the full arguements go there wink.gif

but before you all say it "dont like it, dont download it!" yeh i know, just voicing my oppinion wink.gif

  2. thats the thing. they arent exactly the same.

    BMP

    bmp-1-DNSC9209016_JPG.jpg

    BMP2

    bmp2_2.jpg

    BMP3

    bmp-3_9.jpg

note that on each version theres been a different main weapon, first a 73mm gun on the BMP, 30mm auto cannon on BMP2 and a 100mm gun on the BMP3

Troops in the back, the BMP1 can take 8, the BMP2 van take 7 and thw BMP3 also 7

the armor has gone from 19-23mm in the BMP1, 23-33 on the BMP2 and 30-35 on the BMP3

The speed has also increased, albeit 5 kmph.

lastly, having multiple versions enables a mission maker the option of using a more realistic vehicle option for the time of their mission.

    still think its the same?

Of course having said that, you should have seen the other main contender in the JSF programm, can't rember the designation but it looked ugly as sin.<span id='postcolor'>

both were designated X-35 but one was McDonald Douglas and one was Lockheed Martin, the LM varient was the one to get the F designation though

  5. im sure i read somewhere that Resistance had computers of next year in mind confused.gif

if so, thats basically saying that theres currently nothing ...or not much... out there that can handle the graphics on full yet. I mean, most people i know only run on low, medium at most due to their specs not being high enough (my tiny 1.2tbird, 256sdram and Kyro2 4500 struggles on low sometimes sad.gif )

The basic A7V motherboard will only accept a CPU with 200FSB. About the highest one is a 1.4Ghz, which can be hard to find. The board will take the Duron CPUs as well.

not strictly true, i have a A7V333 and i got a XP2000 running on there just fine wink.gif

  7. 32 hours a day, how did you work that out? confused.gif

but Å10 for 512 (now 600 i believe) is just damn lucky, how on earth did you pull that off?

NTL are very lax though on their internet policy, so they prolly do know about your 2 different computers but couldnt give a monkeys uncle and letting you get off with it
