    The aftermath of erfurt

But when he said that he wants to be famous, people interpreted it in the wrong way. He wasnt hated at school, he wasnt realy an isolated looser or something. He was funny and made the impression of enjoying life so people thought this guy dreams of some sort of career! Well you cannot simply say: he was an stupid fucking idiot, he was the devil...... that doesnt solve the problem. Anyway, there isnt one single problem. I think it may be a problem withing our society. I think the media are more of a problem than the guns, but unfortunately are the media full of guns. Have you heard about this film with admired Leonardio Caprio playing a student that freaks out at school and shoots everyone. A dumb film like this can already invert teenager's values. I think our gun-laws are tight enough, but why the hell do we need to allow Pump-guns? for what? I dont know why you get so anoyed. Guns are banned here anyway and you hardly need them to defend yourself. Fact is that it takes you 1/2 to get this gun, including several tests and disciplinary classes. Still the guy freaked. Where the hell would he have gotten such a dangerous gun in such a short period of time if he wouldnt have had a liecense? He would have freaked anyway, maybe, but 18 is the terrible outcome from a terrible weapon. Couldnt just owning a gun already make you get the idea: " Now I am gonna shoot them all!" ? I dont think someone who hasnt a gun would react that way. I havent heard of an incident yet where someone decided to go beserk (commit such a shooting) and then tried to get a gun for it. Isnt is usually the other way around?

Can you tell me a comparable incident that occured before guns (revolver/ colt) were invented?

    Great movie behind enemy lines

Ouch!!! Yeah, I agree, one could get the impression. But it doesnt say "the german solution" it sais the "german way". No, I just feel commited to all three countries. Switzerland is where I lived the last years, Germany is where I was born and I got many friends, roots and relatives in Austria. And my name is not Albert Schweitzer (or maybe?, No!. I like this guy, because he believed in God, but his thesis of the Echnaton proofed that Jesus made errors in his forseeing of the future. Believing bible/church/pope is not obligatory to believe in god and to be a good human (oh, I sound like scientology!! ) After his years of theological research he wanted to change his life and add some flavour to it. But he didnt go out into the world as a colonialistic conquerer, he went out to help people, those kind of people which at those times were considered as animals. He s my man! For me this man is the personification of the optimal way Germany followed/should follow after WWII. Which means:" shut up, dont play the big motherf..., just help whereever you can!" I like hearing things such as the Afghans want the germans to take responsibilty of the Security in their country during the next years.... this I like to hear! (even if it wasnt us that liberated them). I wish I would have the same drive as Mr Albert Schweitzer to leave my career aside for a couple of years to do something good. But I have the impression that in my environment a successful career is more admired than a few years worthful social service (I wish it would be the other way around). I hope I could just ignore the human drive to get admiration! Hey, but this belongs into the "why I used this name" thread. Â

    The worldst dumbest laws

Okay here we are! I hate bureaucracy, but throughout the last decades and centuries all local authorities thought they would need to contribute with at least one additional law per season. The result in Switzerland was the following 1. Clothes may not be hung to dry on Sunday. 2. You may not wash your car on a Sunday. 3. It is considered an offense to mow your lawn on a Sunday, because it causes too much noise. 4. It is illegal to flush the toilet after 10 P.M. if you live in an apartment. 5. A man may not relieve himself while standing up, after 10 P.M. 6. Though it is illegal to produce, store, sell and trade absinth (special alcohol), it is legal to consume it. 7. It is required that every car with snow tires has to have a  sticker on its dashboard which tells that the driver should not drive faster than 160 km/h with these tires. (Repealed 1999) 8. The highest speed allowed on national freeways is 120 km/h. 9. If you forget you car-keys inside the car and you leave the car open, you will be punished. Tell us what you consider the dumbest laws in your country!!! Need some help here is a good source: Dumb laws in All countries besides US Dumb laws in the US

Stick that film up your ass!!! I was so deeply hurt by SavingPrivateRyan clayming to be a "historical documentary" that I will never again watch Hollywood Productions that have anything to do with war!!! And if that isnt enough dear stage directors, stick the millions and billions of dollars up the ..... too, and if you still didnt have enough, see if you can also fit the Oscars in your.....!

    The worldst dumbest laws

If you remember how many cultures met in the "new world". Of course the result was a mixed salad of the oddest rules that the world has ever seen. (oh, and it is probably also due to the fact that every state has very different laws. Isnt the case here where I live)

    Mid east

No he is holding up his middle finger to indicate this guy: "lift it up, so I can see that nothing is hidden under it!" BTW: wow the occupation and the "seek and destroy all terorists" was realy successful wasnt it? The attack of Adora where 4 Israeli settlers got killed by pals convinces me that in fact the opposite is the case. And it wont be the last attack. I mean didnt we all say that? It wont help! Of course "in the long run"...you gonna say now; or maybe you gonna say "we lowered the intensity of the attacks". Only for a while! The suicide bombers gonna come back....wanna bet? (let me see how much I can bet for, it is the end of the month..not the best time to ask for money! Anyway..the UN-delegation that came to see Jenin has to wait.......and wait...and wait

Now before you kill me, hear me out, I'll be brief. It is a fact that we see a lot of "people" getting "killed" on TV. Computer games, that have better and better graphics and we get used to "killing" huge numbers of "people". Now, I am saying "killing", and "people" since any normal person knows that CG's and movies have very little to do with reallity. These kids were obviously not normal and could not make that distinction. They were unhappy and frustrated by situation/nature/whatever, and computer games and movies gave them the idea that shooting around was a possible solution. That and the fact that they were insane and could not tell right from wrong equals killings.<span id='postcolor'> I agree (and will be shot too)! teenagers look for idols, for stars they can admire and follow. For some it is a famous soccer player, for others a film hero, but nowadays more and more children are fascinated by this virtual world, which is very bloody indeed and not the best "place" for children to dream of! Still, I think it has less effect on the children than recent changes in the society. I mean would this guy have had the same idea without having heard of the Columbine incident? I mean why the hell a shotgun, which is such an untypical gun here (but to be seen in every action film). But lets not forget that a 19 year old  has went throught the whole process, being born in a communistic environment, then transformed into a capitalistic one, with ever changing ideologies. Of course those students are East-Germans are freaks.  And about gun-laws. The guy owned this gun legally (a shotgun?) because he was in a shooting-club. Actually he would have killed more if not a teacher would have come up to him pulled the mask away and would have said: "Robert, it doesnt make any sense anymore..but if you want shoot me!" Then he pushed him into a classroom and locked the door. Where the guy shot himself. Oh, he had ammo for more killings indeed (about 500 more bullets)

He is a good guy this stoiber, but we are ahead of the great election. Stoiber has to mobilise his mayor age-group which is 40+, so I guess it is nothing else than a strategy. Ah, and since our media celebrate any happening like this for days we shouldnt be surprised that "attention seekers" choose this kind of exit-scenario: AMOK

    School shooting in germany!

Oh great! I see a lot of cosmetical stats here! Beatiful stuff, realy great! I mean I dont need those figures, just think straight and you do understand that weapons are a risk. What the hell is this: "xxx % of shootings are criminals killing criminals"? Ah, well okay if they kill each other it is okay! That is WildWildWest mentality. Guns are there to kill and whoever gets killed is one person too much! (oh I forgot you still got the death penalty like Iran and stuff). Or this, "xxxx% of suicides are not commited by guns...." well of course a gun is never to blame, it is the society. But if society does not learn you have to impose rules. Now if you say you dont need weapons to kill but to threaten the gangster, to defend yourself, then you forget what you said before, the criminals all have got guns. Well if two people have guns, one is afraid and nervous, the other doesnt want to get caught...well then it is programmed to end up in an escalation. The same is true for all gun related issues. Did you ever look at your beautyful stats of hunting accidents? They are terrible. I just wonder what you feel like when you are abroad e.g. somewhere in Europe! Do you feel unsafe without a gun, in a city you dont know, somewhere in the dark...would you realy think something like: I wish I had my gun?"

In 1927, a disgruntled farmer placed dynamite in the basement of a local school and set it off, killing 44 students http://www.crimelibrary.com/serial7/bath/4.htm http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Shadowlands/4077/kehoe.html<span id='postcolor'> well that is not realy a significant detail is it? What made it so terrible was that C. was well prepared beforehand. They actually intended to blow up the holse school (thanks they were amateurs). How can you and your friend plan your own dead days beforehand. Even for people with suicidal intentions that is untypical!

"Hans will seine Bratwurst"! Â Â No just kiddin! I went to see if you had any new models to offer on your Site that is why! (but that Nazi-cross on the right top corner of you Site still makes me feel uncomfortable, it is kind of (like Wolfenstein), well not Wehrmacht-like, I mean they didnt even say this "Heil Hitler" bullshit on the front. Using the ordinary black-white-read symbol is probably better, or the eagle, or the ordinary cross, all those were the official symbols. But I dont want to tell you what to do, not when you do all the work!"

British and dutch plane spotters found guilty

As I said before, the last incident wasnt the most important. They did the same thing in a military base nearby. I dont think either they will face three years . I bet they get 1 year in greece and maybe another one in Britain or so (does that work?). At least they will have the time to learn greek. No, as you said it is ashame, three years lost for nothing and probably most of their cozy existance will be lost once they return. Maybe we take our military a bit too serious. People shouldnt get punished for being stupid....but for doing evil (BTW what is Mr. O.J. Simpson doing right now, which girl takes the risk to sleep with a murderer just because he is rich?)
