    The worldcup 2002, who wins

Buhuuuu, yellow card there buddy one more and you are out! Damm (without sounding patriotic) I think our team is pretty strong, I think other teams are overestimated (Brasil sucked big time during the last matches, France without Zidane is like a car without wheels) and others underestimated (Ireland/ Sweden, Kamerun). You will be surprised how hard the teams will have to fight from the first match onward. The US have a "pretty okay" team! The players are a bit short and therefore not strong to win head-fights. But the major problem is that soccer is a match of 90 minutes length with only one break of 15 minutes. The american TV stations have problems to promote the matches because there is not sufficient space for commercial breaks, instead there is one which is too long. I am serious, this has been considered as one of the major marketing problems in the US for soccer! So the logical consequnce => no money! And a sport without money in the US does not develop.

Rts games.  are they really strategy ?

It was better with the patch as in skirmish the AI would attack each other. Used to just like watching the battle all over the map. It was good watching a massive furrball going on in the centre of the map where over 5 armies would be sluagtering each other. Always found it amusing when Marines would pick a fight with Protoss army. In numbers their good.<span id='postcolor'> Online gaming got boring after a while. The strategy to win was always the same. Chose humans and produce only marines and beat the enemy as fast as possible. We made rules that everyone had to have at least one unit of everything.

    The story.

Now Chickenhawk, how am I supposed to use your piece of story and invert it into a serious piece of literature? I created a cool dark spy and you made a stupid Disneyworld-neird out of him (setting next to a beaver)! Now you gotta recycle it yourself! I refuse to spend any more of my narative power in this novel, if it doesnt get more serious!

Girls in canada are fucking stupid!

Stop crying and dare to participate in the race for girls? I think that many of you are just afraid to try! Do you believe that there are women out there that when they see you they say: Oh, he doesnt have muscles like Arnold, and he doesnt have charm like Charlie Chaplin, and he doesnt drive the same car like Michael Schumacher but I die if I dont talk to him! Dream on! Women admire male courage and they want to see you not giving up! It is a struggle, but not even love is for free in this world.

(DONT KILL ME FOR THAT) But I have the impression that swedish girls are somehow a kind of very boring. They never dare anything, they never try anything. There appears to be now fire inside. They try to copy american fashion and savoir-vivre but it all ends up to be a superficial thing. I want girls that have temperament by nature, get angry easily ... and and and. Havent seen much of that from swedish girls so far! Norwegian girls are a little bit more solid, they dont try to be what they are not anyway but they can be very very good open friends.

What do you expect if you elect a cowboy-actor as the president of a nuclear power? It is like asking Michael Jackson to Babysit you child for an evening. You just shouldnt do it!

    The story.

And he came right back! Like a boomerang that returns to his dead owner! 2.30pm Arrival of the flight 200322 from Heathrow, the plane was empty, just a few cheap tourists and ... well and him. His eyes were coverd behind slim reflecting sun-glasses and in his black conservative suit he gave the impression of a manager having returned from a failure business trip... Then in the terminal he could have taken a taxi, but he was looking around instead...who was he waiting for? Who would remember him? And who would ever like to see him again?

<span id='postcolor'> Yes, it's amazing how so many people are unaware that Stalin was no less the epitomy of evil, wickedness and cruelty than Hitler.<span id='postcolor'> Now more than ever! Russia is desperately looking for an identity! The loss of world-power now needs to be compensated by "tales from the glorious past"! Puttin has a hard time to give the people the "what you can be proud off" on the one side and "reality" on the other. Being realistic about the past would be too much expeceted from the glorious nation which is now on their knees.

Well, what you probably didnt get so far is that those are not the girls you are lookin for anyway. (at least I hope) you find those girls everywhere, and wherever you are there is always someone richer than you! So forget about that...ONE DAY thought! Keep on living...

    The story.

Time had passed and since many months the newspapers were filled with ordinary stuff again. Noone actually remembered, or maybe noone wanted to remember. The summer came and people were happy that green leaves now covered the last traces of the incident. On July 3rd then, exactly at around 2.30pm history hit back.... and noone ..was prepared..

    I'm going to mars !

Did you know that in around 10 to 12 years they will be able to find a planet with life on it! It is actually pretty easy to understand. For such planet you first need a star such as the sun, and you need a planet that circulates around it. So far they couldnt see those tiny planets cause the suns send off too much light. So they said that the light of those suns should be slightly less when a tiny planet is in front of them and tiny more when the planet, due to circulation, is at the back of the sun! So if there is a planet the light would be more, then less, then more, then less, and this in regular intervals. Now they look for those stars with planets and filter the light of the planets from that of the star. They think it will take them about a decade to find a green planet!

Which politics?" Any form of organised government that recognises basic human rights is acceptable to me. How about you? "The only way you can bring them to power is by buying them guns. There is no other political system in place to support an honourable way to power." So fighting for freedom isn't honorable? I didn't say we shouldn't buy them guns. I said we shouldnt just drop bombs and think that does the job. Arm those that fight for freedom and human rights. Train them. Sponsor them. And hope they dont turn out to be a new Bin Ladin "Dropping bombs would be silly and has never been tried in Somalia anyway." Why are you so hooked up on Somalia? It was done in the Balkans. In Iraq. And it did nothing but cause additional suffering to an allready strained population. "But moving into the country with a respectable military force, establish peace, take power from all local forces, Reestablish a new political fundament, and secure stability untill the changes have settled in the heads. This is without a military mission of 20 years!" That doesnt work, as proven in Vietnam, Somalia and so on. You can't take foreign troops to an area and expect the bulk of the population to rally behind you. Local talents backed by your troops however can do it.<span id='postcolor'> We dont always have to disagree Longinius, Actually I think we have the same opinion, except that I think strong military action has to be taken first. Supporting one side with guns has a boomerang effect cause one day those guns may be pointed at you (as in Afghanistan). At the moment there is not a single honourable party in Somalia that could be supported and which has democratic aims. (I talk about Somalia cause some comments before refered to it). Vietnam is a bad example cause the US moved in as an agressor not realy in a peace-mission. (And the VC was heavily financed by the USSR). But the missions in the Balkan are maybe not a bad reference. There it shows that such a missions takes years. If you dont have the time and money to secure peace in a region for a decade, then dont move in!

There is a pretty famous one here in Europe: a crowd of millionaires has to drive along a given track, which usually goes right across europe, as fast as they can. Of course since it is not an official race, the police tries to stop them, which of course is pretty difficult since they drive the fastest machines you can buy for money. But if they get caught they pay tremendous amounts (but do they care?)" Its called Gumball. And yeah, I know about it. I met them on the highway when they went through Sweden. Nice cars. I bet some of them felt a loss going through Finland (if they did, not sure) But here in Sweden I reckon they didn't get to upset. I doubt their fines were higher than 400 USD even if they drove twice the speedlimit. Quite insane. And fun, I reckon. Gee...I wish I was rich to.<span id='postcolor'> I saw a short film on them (fucking morons)! Surprising enough but I think we were actually caught most often in the Eastern countries. Actually the police sticked to them and did not let them overtake, whenever they tried, they had to pay a fine.
