I don't think it will give much performance increase, unless you're using (very) high detail terrain combined with a large viewdistance.

Which version are you using (just checking )? Have you tried it without your firewall completely shut down?

I have this too. I believe this is due to the fact that the game has to recalculate terrain detail dynamicly. It's not like there's a .wrp file for low quality and high quality. So every time you move, it recalculates the terrain, which costs alot of CPU cycles. I suggest you decrease terrain detail to normal and viewdistance 2000-3000. I would prefer having a system where (when you choose any terrain detail higher than standard), the game would create a temporary .wrp file with the selected detail and would use that .wrp file until the user changes terrain detail in the options screen. Just my 0.02 €

It's new drivers. I got the same problem when I tried them, I'm now using the old (really old) ones. It's got crackling (under XP, not ME), but at least the sound itself isn't bad.

Yeah, we desperately need a BTR-80 -
No, you are wrong. Trainers directly access the memory. If the game can access the memory, so can any other application. Sure, you can take steps to make it more difficult for the creator of the trainers, but in the end you can't stop it.

It's a great design, may I add!

Ziet er niet echt uit als een "explosieven opruimings dienst" voertuig. Eerder een coole algemene APC In België werkt DOVO (ontmijningsdienst) met gewone bestelwagens lol

Check C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\Res\AddOns. It should have at least about 200 MB in it. If not, reinstall. Especially check O.pbo, should be 173 MB.

Did it say "cannot memory map xxx.pbo" or "xxx free blocks needed"?

Are you sure voting wasn't disabled?

I've had this once with Resistance. It stopped transmitting data, but I could still run around.

Don't think you can. The water is automaticly inserted by the game. I don't think you can change it.

Is it really THAT hard to leave the manual in the case, and the case in your "all pc stuff goes here" closet?

Ambulance? Er, I'll pass on that. Just give me the "mean killing machine" version, thank you

I really doubt it was made for 3D Studio Max. Pre-render just means that it will draw as many frames ahead as it can. Anyway, rendering complex 3D Studio Max scenes is a job done by the main cpu, not a videocard. It's more than rendering polygons and textures, which you see in games. btw, professional 3D Studio Max artists don't use geforce's anyway, but more professional cards like the Quadro's from nvidia, or many of the other high-end cards. (which cost alot ofcourse).

Yes, release an "international" version (i.e. non-mod version) . Even though far from perfect, it's a very good addon, and alot more useful than all those aircraft Keep up the good work. Oh and make the turning circle a bit smaller
