  1. (BBC) Ukraine crisis: France halts warship delivery to Russia

That will cost us a great bunch of money. But we're so wealthy (i've just paid my income tax, i'm f*** broke now ).

finally! I was afraid it will never happen. Russian military try to get rid of this (signed by some civilian idiot) contact for many years unsuccessfully. They was told there will be huge financial penalties if they do it from their side. Now they can finally do it. They have to cancel it quickly... word "halts" worry me a little.

indeed you and every person in france will pay for it,and they prob will end up in the hands of who knows who.

donating them to Ukraine will be not bad move either...

  2. Yup it's specially amazing because those "captured tanks" seem to be T72 with Russian markings. The typical tank that the Ukrainian Army uses.

To add more wonder, some of those tanks are able to tele-transport dozens of km beyond the Ukrainian front-line and appear just close to the Russian border

You don't have to look for phantom Russian army man. Just search on Facebook for recent (1-2 weeks) "separatist" posts with video. There lots of them show captured troops and armors (tanks, apc, grads). They mostly in Russian and Ukrainian but i think you get the picture.

Ask your GF to translate it for you. Be advised, there is a real (!) fighting on some of them. And some of the story they (captives) tell really ugly.

There are 117.000 Ukrainian troops involved with ATO. This include national guard, right sector brigades, private oligarch army's and who know what else. You tell me 1000 Russian troops with mysterious 10 tanks and without any air support at all can (and did) turn tide in 24 hours ??? Its quite impressive .. but i'm not buying it. Sorry.

The problem with you guys ( as a matter of fact with all of us) sometime we just refuse accepting the truth, if that not what we want or expect.

  3. speaking of ATGM it seems like the whole Ukraine forces on EAST have total lack of any medium and heavy AT weapons

it really seems like the ATO was just infantry operation with some tanks/apc support and some Air cover (which was stopped when rebels got AA)

for last week rebels get 50+ tanks and other armors from surrounded Ukrainian troops. They surrender or run away without any attempt to at least destroy it. Wonderland.

  4. I don't understand anything, wasn't Russia heaven on Earth, that everyone wanted to move there, unlike the decadent Europe or US that are practically third world countries... Didn't a lot of people wanted to unite to Russia and millions are thinking to immigrate there, because of the amazing riches of the country?

That's what RT has been saying for years... I don't get why even former USSR countries that were in a trading association with Russia now don't want to know anything about Russia.

that's because you take it to seriously :-) Relax man and stop watching RT (its the same as BBC or CNN). Take a spin in Assetto Corsa.

  5. forgot Nagorno-karabaghbut we may say that's like Gulf War in 91, too early

Nagorno-Karabakh was fight between Muslim Azerbaijan and Christian Armenia. Neither Russia or US/NATO has anything to do with it.

  6. Nazarbayev was never treated seriously by his neighbor and statements like Kazakhs never had any statehood" and the country was simply created, show only Putlers disregard. Yeah of course Put can nuke Kiev at once but he prefers to chew the Ukrainian meat slowly and by using so called Peoples Republic as proxy to stay below threshold of more severe EU and US actions

I actually watch this TV show. I did't notice this part (maybe miss it somehow because i pay much more attention to girl who sit right next to Putin). Bu if what they report is right, and they did't cut small part from whole content (like Reuters famous "translation error" trick they like so much) than i agree with you. It was not smart to say at least, specially if we consider all recent events.

  7. And good reminder from Put speech to young Kremlin backers...click

    You heard that Mr. Nazarbayev?

What ms Nazarbayev have to do with this ??? Russian officials use word "partners" recently with smile as a joke when they referred to peoples like Cameron. But i agree it make no sense now. With 17% support among local population Cameron do not represent anyone at all :o

Putin to EU president Barroso: "Kiev in two weeks"

    http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/ukraine-cri...arroso-1463471

Wait.. what ? Is this include 13 days coffee break ?

  8. Nope I was referring to all the people I know from the Baltics, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria.

never been in Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria. So i don't know. But speaking with peoples from Spain, France and Italy (locally) i have quite opposite impresions. Guys from England don't care about politics that much (specially girls :-)

I know an Albanian but she seems to like Putin a lot, or at least support his actions ( she worked as a teacher in London, so she knows a bit of all parts ). But well, according to her Napoleon was Albanian...

unless she live in Paris...:) But i guess London is a key word here.

  9. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/68/Russians_Ukraine_2001.PNG

    not > 75, but 25-40%

they fight cause in free elections/referendum they would be defeated

...and this mean total 75% support new government ? You do realize then more then half of separatist actually Russian-speaking Ukrainians ?

Russian speaking Ukrainians fight with rebels - mind that , many of those who fight with rebels use Russian language

that's because 80% of Ukrainian don't speak Ukrainian at all...

  10. I've done that, and its quite awesome how Russians managed that half of europe hate them).

If by "half of Europe" you mean albania and cosovo than it sound as a complement... (neither of them part of real Europe anyway ... judging by "locals" opinion. Geographically maybe.. not otherwise)

I'm eagerly waiting for Dutch experts conclusions about that drama though (but not for conspiracy theories anyway).

What was a "time stamp" on fake video uks posted first day ?

  11. sorry guys, its for ArtTem only. His PM disabled, i can't contact him other way.

Тебе ПМ не поÑлать. Я могу Ñкинуть тебе линк на твит из ÑловÑнÑка. ОбновлÑетÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‡Ñ‚Ð¸ каждые 15 минут.

  12. Interesting article about the infamous green men : http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-27231649

"Actually, there's no such nationality as Ukrainian. That's an Austria-Hungarian deception. We're Russian. We're all Russian. And this land isn't Ukraine: it's Novorossiya - and we will defend it."

i read it today in the morning, but after this part

"I went up to them," Nikolai told me. "They had modern Russian automatic rifles. I told them: I don't believe you are Ukrainians. You're from Russia. From GRU Military Intelligence. You can't cheat me. I'm from the same system."

"One of them replied: 'Ah, there's no tricking an old wolf, is there?' I'm sure they've been sent here and paid to make revolts and calamities."

i laughing so much then i skip the rest... I was not aware "financial crysis" strike UK so hard. They can't even hire/afford decent reporters anymore. Sad..

  13. Not sure guys you so this video before. WARNING: Don't watch it if you to sensitive.

I'm asking vilas (i'm sure he know some Russian) to translate it for you. Specially what guys who filmed it sad from the very beginning. Pay attention where bullets come from 0.35.

    **removed**

  14. Are you sure ? Not that i'm defending those far rightists...

thats what "svoboda" (not sure it right name) and other pro-kiev guys keep blaming them. You can easily find it , if your search "ukraine official media" on this topic. I guess thats actually one of the reason tension between them escalating most recently. I'm afraid there is a clearly 3 sides of a conflict (most likely official kiev most weakest from 3 at this point). All 3 have their own "sponsors" with their own interests.

  15. if not shooting - Yanuk looses elections, probably saves lot of his money and goes to Russia with all milions - shooting protesters would not benefit him no matter if Putin call him by phone , he is too selfish to risk stolen money to make stupid actions ;)

snipers could be ordered either by one of Oligarchs or Putin-side, if they were ordered by CIA, Russian intel would knew it and publish it already if they claim that US is seeing EU as danger competitor - question is how now business of oligarchs carry on, do they loose or they gain

think of it this way... from 100+ peoples killed at maidan, not a single one was from "right sector" ;-) They was very active for 2 month and magically disappear 2 hours before shooting start...:j:

  16. You mean all the weapons that Russia has supplied to the Al Assad Regime? Because Al Assad has behaved like a terrorist, even using gas and blowing up civilian neighborhoods.

i can even see your smile when you type it :p

  17. Time is in their favour.

Definitely. After all they only loosing 2-3 city's a day at most :o

Usually it's the opposite, you don't negotiate with terrorists.

no you don't. You usually supply them with AT and AA weapons... (like in Syria)
