    It don't let you use a chopper in the editor? You need the latest GMR pbo wich is in Golmembers briefcase. I had the same problem, I take it that the scripts are in the pbo.

    If you have a nose in the Editors Depot from the OFPEC site, you'll find lots of tutorials and alot of information and tools. Or have a go on their forums if you need some answers.

    Yes. Except for OFP's Desert Island, FatWombat's New Worlds replace the existing OFP islands via a DTA subfolder within a mod folder. However, then you no longer have access to the original islands. Yes, but only in the mod folder that I'm using the textures? That's what I'm about, choice. If I can play the same mission on different mod folders, and the difference is the terrain or objects... well, I think is worth it. I would like to be able to have my current setup with all this terrains and objects. At the moment I'm runing Golmember's Explo-Mod with InQuisitor's weapons and the blood addon all in the same BIN, and if I can add this island with Fatwombat's terrains, I'll be happy, but I only want them in mod folders, I don't want to change the original files. Is more changes to come, like replacing the American soldiers with Frandesten Marines and the Soviets with ider Laser Russians or with UCEs. The list can go on and on, but this island and any others to come could be very usefull in mod folders. Well, I'll stop now, I'm tallking too much now and my tea is getting cold. Later all. BTW, one question, and I'm sure Theavonlady can answer it. How many and which folders you can add to a mod folder? I know this ones, Addons, Bin, Dta, sounds and voice( by looking at the FDF mod folder). What ellse please?

    That's a nice set of NVG. How do you managed to do that? Oh, that must be you'r standart NVG that you are using in replacement of the BIS ones, is it?

    It have to be a way to put that separated from the main folders, I wish someone could come with something that let us use that in mod folders. So I could have a high resolution mod folder and the normal resolution on the standart icon. Can it be done?

    Yep, that could do aswell, I supose two ideas in one go. DeadMeat, I very rarelly use the hand guns, I wouldn't mind to sacrifice the hand gun for that. Besides, it could work with the AT weapons slot, and a monocular would be better. So instead of a LAW you would pull a spoting scope. That could be a secret idea for BAS? EDIT: Nice one DM, I like that one mate.

    I'm just downloading the first pack. I couldn't find the addons list on the FAQ section, so, once I know what is in there, should I post what addons are in there? EDIT: I just thoug while posting this, well, I got a big hard drive, so I don't mind having the same addon twice. What it could be done is to make a mod folder for this and a mProject Grozny missions folder to go in the missions folder. It could be interesting if something like what BAS has done to theyr missions folder gets done in here, a overview for the mission selection so when we put the cursor in the section for this missions We get a picture and a bit of information about the missions folder, like a mod. I think you need a PAA file aswell. I don't know how you do it, but would be nice.

    Well, you could allways make a weapon addon like a pistol, that when you model it it looks like a set of bioculars, then make a scope for it like the binocular one, and change the animation with scripts so the unit handle the addon like the binoculars. But in the gear will come like secon weapon instead of binocular or NVG. Now days it should be posible, and if is posible to do, we could be able to have spoter scopes or monoculars, or whatever, something like that. Make it zoomable and you'll be in the go then. Only if is posible. Do anybody tryed jet?
  11. I was just going to say that. I was going to mention about my problems with this addon and some funny looking things that happan to my units, but is not much point now, cos is the same as you guys, and I removed the dog addon( wich is a experiment btw) and they work fine now, no more problems. Thanks for the unrequested help I love this forums, I have to be onest... Sorry about my spelling BTW

    I though about that aswell, but it should be added only to guided misiles. Imagine a Hind shoting all the load of FFARs in one go with a smoke trail effect, that would lagg like hell even in the big machines. Guided misiles don't get fired as much as the unguided ones, in theory, atlist by the AI. I definitly would like to see it coming from the "new" SAM addons, like the Sa-11 SAM made by Iva from [bKM], or the MTLB SA-13 from Marfy. That would be something

    First time I read the lot of this topic, and I have to say that I'm amazed by the quality and variety of this units and weapons. I was just thinking on retexturing the international units addon to be able to have an undentified force for West. But I can't texture anything. I don't have the time for it due to RL. But this units will fit perfect. I can't wayt.

    I know that somewhere ellse may be a list of the addons needed, or the addons from the packs, but I would really would like to know what is in the packs before I download them. If the pack download is the addons I may have the majority of them, so I don't fancy downloading all that again. I'm a bit confused. What is in the packs, missions and addons or just the missions?     Nice. So I supose to be a liar or something like that, or is more like I just got it wrong? If you said something like: Sorry mate, but you got it wrong, it won't work like you sugested... Well, that would be much better Shark111, sorry mate, I just tryed and it won't work, the shell won't get affected by the setdammage comand.

    He released a configuration BIN that replace the bast majority of fire arms. It don't replace any of the AT weapons, but it allso do replace the handgrenades with the sounds from "Americas Army" and the shachels with C4. Goldmember made a version of this mod compatible with the InQuisitors weapons, you'll need is to download the weapons and a fille call XMS.pbo that comes in his mod folder, if you can't find it I'll email it to you. The other thing you'll need is the Goldmembers Explo-mod that go with it. If you like that, you should try the INQ+Blood.

    Right, do you camcreate them and give them a setpos on something that is on the air? Lets say that you are doing it like that? Boom="laserguidedbomb"camcreate getpos whateveryoulike If so, you can put this in a trigger or through a script: Boom setdammage 1.0 then the laser guided bomb, or whatever you use should explode as soon is created or whenever. I never tryed, but it should work. Good luck. @CERO.

    Would this make the addons uncompatible with each other on multiplayer? Meaning that if I'm using the normal addon without being modified to be compatible with your mod and I'm playing multiplayer with somebody who have an edited one to be compatible with your mod, will there be a conflict? Or if I build a mission using a BAS blackhawkthat is been edited to work with your mod, will someone ellse be able to play the mission if thei'r BAS blackhawk is not been edited to work with your mod?
