Still playing OFP regularly after all these months - ####, I'm still playing the same user mission I put together month's ago from different perspectives! That's the key - longevity. Â Red Hammer has added to this with some superb missions. I don't even need to go online - multiplayer missions can be played offline. Perfect or not it's the best Å30's worth of game around - still!

TVR - just about the only British manufacture left. great company - great cars! MG Rover - a contradiction in terms. They both made great cars when individual companies. SA-80? What's that - another ill-conceived MG Rover model? Sorry Cap - best I can do!

I can recommend my new M/B - ECS P4S5A (SiS chipset). It takes both SD and DDR RAM (although not at the same time). Installed it with a P4 1.7 - up and running in minutes with self config and latest drivers. Â I've run some quick benchmarks and with DDR it isn't far behind RAMBUS timings. Runs the "beautiful game" (OFP) beautifully. The board is 428 pin so takes faster P4s when required.

Letterboy, I agree with you - I'm also surprised there are so few posts on this. I use Saitek GM2 along with joystick and until 1.3 they worked beautifully in OFP - other games needed to see the joystick as #1 ID to work but OFP always worked irrespective of this. Now it doesn't read the joystick at all. There is definately a problem on the USB side of things. Microsoft know how to do it - FS2002 reads any device correctly, anytime anywhere!

Lost USB joystick control after installing 1.30. Did clean reinstall and patched to 1.3. All USB devices working in Windows and other games. It worked fine in 1.29. (worked since 1.20) Also installed DX8.1 and changed controller IDs. Â Saitek GM2 USB is OK. Anyone else found problems?
