okay... it was a bit late yesterday and i had obviously a few drinks too much before i wrote that post quoting miles teg and wipman. I want to apologize to both wipman and miles teg for my rude reply. Anyway i still stand behind the most of my points. I thought about every single detail on the units before creating anything. Things like the blue mechanix gloves and the white quick-ties where done after seeing them on real life reference material. All the other things like sniper, At or engineer can easily be done by just giving them the proper weapons in the editor anyway. So there is no serious need for creating 3 new models which would take a long time as i am not a friend of simply copy and pasting. However i plan on adding some 2 or 3 new variants along with some other new features and fixes in the next update. i have never even tested that addon as i spend the majority of my arma related time in o2 or photoshop so i would need to test out that addon before making a decision of a possible future use of the tools together with my army sf addon. Although i am not a friend of having scripts on the units due to performance and mp issues. Well i always wanted to create some badass looking PMC units. However time is a big issue for me at this point so i dont know if i ever get to make some. Oh and its ofcourse not a problem if you want to use your own retexture in your clan as long as you dont release it to the general public. makes sense. I'll change that in the update Thanks for that post yeb. you found the pictures i was looking after again. And i will modify the wound textures for sure. looks way better You might wanna consider upgrading from that Atari for arma At last i want to thank all the people who are supporting me and giving me all the kind comments. i really appreciate all the postitive feedback that i've got so far. Glad you guys like the units :P Already fixed the problem with the bdu hat on the acu soldier. Happened by mistake. And i prefer to keep the blue mechanix on the saw soldier... fixed it already. will be in a future patch. the picture was taken using an old beta version of the units. that bug is not present in the version which is currently out. Based on the information I have, its used among SOF and is increasingly being used as a replacement for the M134 - especially on SOAR helicopters, as evidenced here: http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/723/ah6gau19mountsmallew8.jpg oh well. My fault there. Are there any plans to create sof hmmwvs for ace? That would be so cash driving around with .50 miniguns... I would even give you guys some us army sof units to go with the hmmwvs Â

that GAU-19 sure looks very nice. However the us is, afaik, not using that particular weapon on any of its HMMWV's at all. Isnt Columbia the only miliatary user of the GAU-19 anyway?

well you could still try to export all the registry entrys from a pc which has armed assault installed. Those are the keys you'll probably have to export.

do you actually read what i write? i said you need to have arma installed to run the viewer. However you can delete all the game files except the .exe and the dlls. once you have installed it

You need to have armed assault installed in order to run the viewer. Well actually you dont need all the game files. i think the arma.exe and the .dll files from your arma folder are enough to run the viewer. Works fine on my laptop

well that looks quite good however I'd appreciate if you would add proper credits to your readme since you where using my desert and woodland marpat camo. Thank you.
