  1. We could always use that Omaha Beach map from Arma I that one guy made with CAA1. Plus there are other available maps we can use.
  2. I would like to see a complete Desert Russian Vehicle pack that isn't in Russian, because not everybody here knows how to read the Russian Language.

  4. I tried it and this is the results All of the infantry weapons are invisible Most of the Vehicles do not show up(not even under empty) Normandy nor Hurtenwald show up on the island selection menu in the editor.
  5. This mod is looking good, Will this be compabitable with Combined Operations/OA? One thing I like about this mod, is that it also has the Secret and Prototype weapons included, not just the historical weapons.

  7. A expansion of the Takistani Army Special Forces, they only have 3 type of infantry. Team Leader Rifleman Machine Gunner What I saying is to add more infantry types like AT Specialist, Medic, and ETC. They should also get their own vehicles preferably upgraded versions of the vehicles that the regular Takistani Army uses(T-72 with FLIR, T-55 w/ ERA maybe) and maybe some captured US weapons and vehicles.

    Sharpe's Rifles Mod

    This is going to be a interesting mod considering how militaries fought back then. I can see problems when you try using the AI with them. Have you considered Hot Air Ballons? Because I think some militaries used them for Observing Enemy positions and spotting for artillery, but that may have only been in the American Civil War and the later half of the 19th Century towards the beginning of World War I.

Hey the government cannot control what mod makers add to ARMA II/OA(As long as it doesn't breach some kind of Copy right), hell we have Comanche addon available in ARMA II and the Comanche was cancelled 3 years before ARMAI was released. Who says we can't have a Land Warrior or a British Soldier with FIST in ARMA II as well?

    ARMA 2 (OA) : DLC discussion thread

    I have the game on steam too, I keep on refreshing and restarting hoping to see it come available, but it hasn't so far. Current Prediction: The DLC will not be available on steam in till tomorrow. Well the patch was just released.
  15. I keep on getting this error when I try launching ARMA II: OA without mods through Steam: Data File too short 'addons\lobo_iraq_mig23.pbo'.Expected 6932991 B, got 636175 B I tried removing the Mig23 file but that did not work, it still detected it.
  16. Like I said in the thread, I support this too. We need more Alternate History and Science Ficition mods for ARMA 2/OA. Also as I said, there are difference between the MNF Forces and the Modern US Forces(Their using lasers, Upgraded versions of the M1(M1A3), Bradley, UAV, Comanche, Apache, and ETC) and the allies start using the AK-47 as a principal assualt rifle and are also using the Skyhawk, Sabre, Cobra, B-52s, Shermans with ERA, and Hueys by the end of the series. I would like to see a map based off the Takistani-Chernarus Border Region. http://media.photobucket.com/image/Chernarus%20map/deadfastcz/arma2/chernarus_whole.gif Chernarus borders Takistan on it's Western Border. 3 good areas for a map to take place would the area around the Svetlaya River, near Novigrad, Chernarus's national capital, or the area around Lake Belo, where Russia also borders Takistan and Chernarus. It would good for the Missions where the CDF invades Takistan or Takistan tries to invade Chernarus(With Possible Russian Assistance). I also think the border region would be a area where the Lust-Greenlands of Chernarus transitions to the Desert wasteland of Takistan. The Border could also possibly be heavily fortified, certainly around lake Belo. The area around The Svetlaya River could be good farmland. What would also be good is to see the CDF in a desert-type camoflague.

  19. I would too like to see a map based in the US. But I want to see one based in the American Heartlands.(Missouri Arkansas, Kentucky, Illinois, and Kansas) Largely because it is the most under appreciated area of the United States in the terms of gaming.

  23. I would like to see improved versions of the original ARMA I Islands for ARMA II rather than just ones that were ported
  24. I just place a USMC or Russian Squad and replace them with their closet German or American Relative. Also some of the vehicles have Russian or USMC Crews instead of German and American.
  25. There is alot of missing textures, crew problems, and there is some units that crash the game. I think top prioty right should be fixing the above problems before adding more stuff. Also, Is it a bug that Shermans die in one hit from a Tiger or a panther?
