You're right on that one. The big "Volksparteien" are destroying the people's will to participate in politics. People are fed up with all that shit and quit going to elections! Not good for democracy at all!

I think the Union would have done almost the same things as Grün-Rot did. Their alternative concepts wouldn't hurt a smuch as Schröder's reforms, but these radical steps have to be taken! And don't forget who ruined Germany, Schwarz-Gelb! Schröder just came in to pick up the shattered pieces of our social system!

That's the same problem we have in Germany. Most of the elder people over 60 are always voting for the Christian Democrats, just out of habit! The old farts just say: "You cannot vote for those bloody socialists and hippies(SPD,Greens) they only want to overthrow everything and don't know how to behave as responsible politicians!" And now guess which group of the population vote regularly? The old! That's why we have a majority of Christian Democrats now.

those were not on my sheet. Â They weren't on mine too (schade), but they do exist! In Germany we have only one true liberal party, the FDP. But they're a joke. I mean their head Guido Westerwelle is always on TV in all kinds of political talkshows, but nobody really cares about what he says and their election results are always a disaster. They're even weaker than the Greens and only a little bit stronger than the left ex-commies from the SED... *cough*... PDS.

Thats old news, we finns have had similar things for our more indecisive voters even during the 1999 election. Wahl-O-Mat is also pretty old IIRC. Or was it another site I visited during the elections in 2002?

You could take some static guns on concrete sockets like the ones you can find on Everon instead of whole tanks for a monument. I bet it would be easier to realize than tanks.

IMO the greens are the only party wich still has some integrity. I still have to decide whether I'll vote the greens or SPD (social democrats). I think Martin Schulz is a good candidate because he had the balls to attack Berlusconi when he became President of the EU.

I bet it will end with another Dutch player spitting on Rudi Völler. There's an ongoing dispute between the German and Dutch students at my school now. The Dutch are bragging that their team will beat us after they didn't make it to the World Cup two years ago (whis is still a reason to make fun of the Netherlands in Germany ). But the German answer is always that we'll beat them 3:0. Am Ende wechstelt sich Rudi selber ein, wenn wir am verlieren sind.

The motorways look great so far, but please don't make all roads connected to them look like this. They must have less than 90 degrees so that the cars don't have to brake and can enter the motorways with more speed to keep traffic more fluent.
