  3. there is a trigger in base that sets animation to false for everything in base. change that
  4. Look in the mod folder. There is a classlist.txt file. Or use LEA (Loadout Editor Arma3) to create a crate easily where you can see all the weapons to choose from. [EDIT] ahh, didn't read line two - assume you don't have access to the mod folder. You could D/L it again, or install the LEA thing and get the info from there. It's on Armaholics
  5. Is there anyway to configure the VAS embedded in MCC? ive got a restricted VAS config file for my players, but as we are starting to use MCC more, that restricted config seems overwritten by the embedded VAS system. any ideas?

    Seems to be no sound if you stand in front of the gun holder, but sound if you are behind him. (Mk200 LMG silenced)
  8. Wouldn't @A3VC be a better name - ArmA 3 Vietnam Coop, so you get the "VC!" in there! Hope you find time to release your @ASM mod before you get too bogged down in this - a lot of people are waiting impatiently for the A2 vehicles in A3! Have you spoken to the Unsung mod team? Could be worth teaming up....

    @Terox Also the map pack doesn't have the 3rd party maps in it. They are just available to use in A3 as separate mods- the map pack allows the game to read the old Arma2 map files. @A3MP has all the B.I. Arma2 islands. If you run this mod, you can also access a host of Arma2 custom islands by loading their mod afterwards. Or use PwS which automatically fills the "Islands" section with Arma2 islands once you 'load' the @A3MP mod into a collection.

  11. Would it be possible for the PID to display in Decimal if hovered over, or instead of Hex? The times I've had to kill a rogue game process and looked in TaskManager, I've had to go look up a Hex to Decimal converter website to find out which process to kill each time!

    Realistic repair script

    has something in Arma3 broken this? Works in the editor, but on a dedicated server you don't get the finished, repaired vehicle anymore. Tested on a simple mission with one man, one car, no mods, just the repair script and ini file.
  13. Just started trying this mod out - looks good. Agree with a few posts above about it uses too much equipment to get people up, need to carry a truck load of medic equipment everywhere. Is there a respawn loadout option to maintain the equipment you died with/started with? I guess I'm used to BTC revive handling it (and VAS) so now I've tried something without them, I miss that feature. Are there plans to leave discarded bandages and blood on the floor after a healing session?
  14. I don't think it sets the texture Global, as that's a fairly new texture command. you can set them yourself with a script that executes something like: _this setObjectTextureGlobal [0, "\js_jc_fa18_squads\data\fa18e_hull_vfa27cag_co.paa"];

    @Garmagor cant offer a solution to your problem, but can confirm that this mod can be hosted fine on a dedicated server. Our servers are hosting a couple using Tadst that required no extra configuration.
  17. It's a project for the mod developers to share their work and configurations. Each will release their own mods as usual, but pool the effort and work in making them to help each other, as I understand it.

    Guys, this isn't the place to discuss the pros and cons of the arma3 engine and BIS finances. Please try to keep this thread on topic before a moderator comes by and enforces it. Optical Snare has said why he isn't interested in playing Arma3, and we should just be thankful he took the time to develop his mod for a game he has lost interest in, just for us! thank you, OS!
  19. Another way to get ACRE is to join one of our public servers via our website frontpage with our PlayWithSix links. this will download all the mods needed to play including a signed (by SO) version of ACRE. But hopefully the devs will release an official signed version soon.
  20. its not been released. There is no download. There are unofficial copies floating around.
  21. Can confirm it can work for A2 and modded versions of A2 (so likely DayZ mod versions). Fred gave me the init line to use earlier in this thread. AFAIK you can't host your own DayZ standalone servers yet anyway, they need to be hosted by one of the 5 or 6 approved hosts. Bet it would work though.
  22. It's been said pages back, but ACRE doesn't play we'll with the latest versions of TeamSpeak. If you have problems, try installing an earlier version. Remember, ACRE hasn't been released for A3, so any version you are using is unsupported.
  23. It's multiplayer team vs team with no AI and no re-spawn until round over. How could you even play that in SP?!?
  24. @Ckrauslo read the first post and follow the link to the wiki. by default A3 units are enabled. You can't have both so to get A2 units you need to change stuff.
