I really don't feel this connection to be honest. The SLA and DRS are more of an homage to the Eastern Bloc and Warsaw pact armies of the cold war. I don't see much if any similarities or any type of influence by South America.... especially with a mostly western equipped Argentina.

Why not just use one of the many versions that does not have it? or are you looking for a solution to do this on the fly in a mission? -
That was actually an SA-13..... and only time will tell if you will get one of those....

those are some great suggestions.... i want to get the stock core finished before i start making any "funnies". things will be getting a little dangerous for low flying aircraft and helicopters.....

You do understand that they have to pay the developers salaries, pay off investors, and also the costs of developing the "next great thing" just for you.... how else do you expect them to do it without charging? Even help desk employees have salaries and if you want them to be good they will not be cheap. Quite frankly i think BIS does a really good job at judging the price for each item int he DLC. I am a modder of over 10 years with this series. Although, i have been very discouraged by the content and marketing of these DLCs, the price is always pretty fair. If you don't want to pay full price just wait then they are always in steam sales.

a diamond might not be a good idea.... Think of the geometry as a toy.... when you slide it across the floor what is likely to happen. a low 3D rectangle like a book will slide.... a ball will roll... other shapes do other things....

try upping your gear box values for more force going up hill in the lower range of the gear set. remember bumping these up will have an effect on the vehicle on level ground so don't get too crazy or the bitch will launch like a top fuel dragster. for rolling take a look at your weight distribution. you may need to add some boxes in the GEO lod and lower your center of gravity and disperse the weight more over the tacks instead of dead center

just like every other game out there now. They give you the least amount that you will accept for the price. This way you have to purchase DLCs and other "stuff". Just like the millions of dollars being made form simple cell phone games that require micro purchases. It is just their version of getting in on the cash flow..... and exploiting their loyal fan base to the fullest possible extent. -

the guidelines are junk.... and essentially just that.. guidelines Typically distribution of weight through the GEO lod, as well as sprung mass will have drastic changes. I fought very hard with this on my Type63 APC. Sprung mass in my findings is much more key than that calculation. MOI can also have drastic effects such as your shooting off into space. If you are already"borrowing" the RHS physX configs skip trying to use the Abrams... try the settings for the BMP or something with a closer weight to what you are constructing..

two pieces of geometry in the models.... pin on the back of the truck.... hole on the trailer..... like a ring on your finger or your willie in your girl..... The hard part of all that is how to keep them from bouncing off of each other. -
your MOI or sprung mass is borked. Start by messing with those two values.

if you are just packing a PBO no need to reinvent the wheel and use the BIS PBO packer.... If you plan on really getting into modding i highly suggest mikero's tools. even the free ones are wonderful, and the paid versions will give you the ability to do most anything. check it out.
