I think metal is the better option as most of the compartments would need to be watertight, i stand to be corrected on this but i have seen on oilrigs they build the compartments out metal plates and then use panelling to and insulation in the inside cuase most of the compartemts are normall riveted or built in units like like a container/ porta cabin which then interlock with each other.

Hi there all I did a search of the forums, trying to find out to get the harrier and A10's canopys to be open whilst being parked at the airfield. If anyone can point me in the right direction, this would be most appreciated I am trying to do a cutscene of an blufor airfield and would like to have the airplanes with open cockpits

Well that really sounds great - quite happy and content with just being able to move cargo in my honest humble opinion it would be great just to have the c130 transporting troops and cargo (ammo - pallets etc) Hopefully UK project ( your oppos ) will develop the para vehicles ( 109 art piece and the para vehilces) aprt from this i dont see the need to be able to transport strykers and tanks. the islands are way to small for this. but dont mind me i am just a huge fan of RKSL studios and really appreciate the work you guys do. I think the biggest highlight for me is when you guys release the C130, your rapier system and Awacs type aircraft At least then arma would have a decent plane to jump out of just wish your partners in crime would let us know how far they are with their stuff

Please understand i am not an addon maker, i have only just learnt on how to call script however On the ideas and propositions front- IF RKSL Studios are doing a British version of the C130 then maybe the following vehicles which are used by the Paras and especially developed for airborne drops should be considered along with the land rover and maybe the 109 art piece as used by airborne artilery instead of loading heavy vehciles such as the striker etc - This is just a suggestion which will give the player the firepower and moveabilty that is required for quick deployment on the battlefield The All-Terrain Mobility Platform (ATMP) ‘Supacat’ is a versatile, lightweight load-carrying vehicle used by airborne and air-mobile battalions. Amphibious, and with a very low ground pressure, the ATMP’s six wheels allow it to cross rough terrain and water obstacles. Used for re-supply, casualty evacuation radio rebroadcast and refuelling, ATMP can carry a single NATO standard pallet, ammunition, anti-tank mines and other bulky or heavy stores. @ RockofSL Dont let them get you down!! i think that all the work that you and your team do is fantastic. The fact that you can openly dicuss a problem with the community over the issue of loading some vehicles into a C130 is bold and admirable. I must admit that i look forward to the day you do release the c130 as well as your other models, cause its addons such as yours that make the arma experience most enjoyable! (yes credit to BIS for the game) If i may say that there are many of us newbies out there that are really grateful to addon makers like yourselves and we really aprecciate the hard work youand your team do As they say Bravo Zulu RKSL STUDIOS

geloxo First and fore most thank you for the tools Sorry to ask dumb question but could you explain to me the following part of the script: [10, -150, 80] Is my understanding correct 10 = 10 metres to the right of the leader (-10 would be to the left) 80 = the altitude above the leader or have really lost the plot and misunderstood everything Just that i am tryin to use your scripts to create the diamond formation for jets (flying) and the same formation for choppers to land If you could point me in the right direction this would be most appreciated

Hi there all I have done a search and have tried the bullet cam script and the a vehicle cam script but they have not worked at all for me, i dont know what i am doing wrong. I am new to all of the editing side and very much trying to learn however i am not a scripter. Could some one please guide me in the right direction, What i want to be able to do is attach a camera to an airplane /boat/ jeep so that i can use it in my cutscene intro and outro. Please could someone guide me through this step by step. Your help will be much appreciated and i thank you all out there in advance

Hi there all And a very big thanks to gelexo for the scripts, Is there anybody that can please explain to me on how to use these scripts. Sorry just that i am right thick squaddie when it comes to understanding scripts. Any help would be most appreciated. -
I would like to see in game the following addons Aircrew Like the DWR Air crew (OFP) for aircraft carriers but also for airbases along with the typical bits of equpiment that would found at an airbase ( I know most of them would be static models only) Such As generators tool boxes, Maybe even animated missile loading trolleys instead of having the ammo truck come bumping into the craft and maybe a small towing tractor that could tow an aircraft into a hanager What would be cool is a script that can be attached to the Aircrew boss to simulate the take off scene or for an ground contoller to simulate the taking off /landing for helicopter with batens / directing aircraft Medic Stretcher bearing medics that will pick injured and dead corpses + script for the casevac choppers that will autmatically place the wounded in the spaces provided. If this could be done then it would be cool particualry for cutscenes etc But most of all to those that do make the addons i say thank you
