Could you also create a yml file for quick joining with Play withSIX? Similar to what we have here pws://www.arma-il.info/files/arma-il.yml (replace pws:// with http:// to view the file contents). I think that would make it much easier for new players to install your mods and keep them up to date, as well as remain synchronized with any mods you add/remove to/from the yml (as long as you keep it in sync with @zclient).why they don't need it.

ace has an armor damage system that can disable the vehicle without destroying it, this breaks a lot of missions where the condition is that a certain vehicle or vehicles are destroyed
unless you hammer them until they set on fire and explode
on our server we once put six satchels on a vodnik and it still didn't destroy it :/ until we gave up and used RPG's

skimmed through it , got as far as the video and quit cos it was LOUD AS FUCK and wouldn't stop.
what i did notice that some of it is hard to read .. take for example the waypoint type page its hard to find the info you want from that page at a glance due to it all being bunched up together. you could have put 1 or 2 spaces in between each one , spacing it out more and making it easier to locate the info you want.
theres more than enough spare room at the bottom of the page

i'm not exactly sure , but my guess is it will make the destruction constant, so everytime you replay the mission the same things are destroyed

That brings me to some .rpt logs for the server. And interestingly enough, it's the first link I've seen in response to many questions. Is Teamspeak a secret?right click on the channel name and choose file browser

What does zeu_c_ai_rof does actually? Does it affect players or AI only?rof = rate of fire

I'll have to stop by sometime, bring some friends and we'll have a big match!sounds like an idea :)
btw one of our guys had the problem of not upgrading weapons/ levelling up and was getting BAF errors (even though he had it ) he downgraded from the latest beta patch and the problem went away.

the only way you get get them out without scripting anything is to tell your AI if you have any to get it in the vehicle.
once they have filled all the empty slots they will start throwing the bodies out to take the spaces taken by the dead..
not very good as you need enough AI in your team to fill the vehicle.

I extracted the add-ons folder to @fallujah and @falljuahobjects in STEAM/apps/common/Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead
double check you haven't got @fallujah/addons/@fallujah/addons
and DO use the -mod= param its quicker than opening your game and restarting it with mods ticked

as far as i know ace is not supported any more as we stopped using ace on our server when OA came out..
so you'll have to use the old ace version if it even still works with newer versions of ace

yes and no
there are lots of servers out there , but if you want a decent game you need to find a nice community or clan to play with..
if you join a public server you might aswell play single player missions(theres more teamwork) where the AI have been scripted to bitch/whine and teamkill you ...

Zcommon is a modfolder/ addon pack compiled by zeus community to run on their server , it also includes zeus AI obviously.
It was originally intended to run alongside whatever mod the server was running, back in ofp times that was either fdf+Zcommon or wgl+zcommon etc.
originally protegimus released zeus AI in a @Zcommon folder also , this caused problems as people who had downloaded zeus AI from here or armaholic for example would get kicked from our server for not having all the addons needed to play, so this had to be changed.
Now newer versions of zeus AI (unless you get it from our yoma repo) are in the folder @zeus_AI
newer versions of @Zcommon and @zeus_AI are the same thing just in different modfolders... you should not have both
as for ACE+zeus_AI ...fuck knows , protegimus will have to clear that one up

ASR ? we use an asr grenadier fix in our zcommon modfoder but it does not come with zeus AI.... ::EDIT:: apparently i am full of shit .. i just checked it does come with it
you can use zeu_BAF_c_wep_cfg . again nothing to do with zeus AI , that just allows you to zero your sights with susat and changed rates of fire n stuff like that
............
as for people saying the AI won't respond , i don't get that problem . theres was alot of complaints of it after the last BIS patch i think ?? try the beta patches ?
it did happen to me once while playing the first mission of the BAF campaign but never again and that wasn't on this new supposedly broken zeus_ai

last night i got our server #2 working by deleting all the missions apart from 1 (which wouldn't work normally when tried) it then worked . it appears that the server will only run the first mission in the MP mission folder(NOT the first mission in the server list).
i then upload another mission and that worked (never got a chance to test more as everyone instantly wanted to play games).
i just went to re-test this before posting but today i can't even get on the server as the game crashes evey time i try to join
