Hi, yes, seems that some of the LAVs with a cannon may have a small deviation on the main gun, but seems that most of 'em have other issues with the turret's machine gunner; if you look at 'em at some distance... you see the hatch opened but you don't see the man manning the MG, even looking throug an ACOG or the binocs, also, most if not all the LAVs show the breaking lights On after be destroyed and some of the LAVs that have a cannon don't show the damage textures on the cannon's barrel or the muzzle break. Im not sure on that main gun deviation on some of the LAVs, they just seem to fail to hit a M-60 A3 at +300m, also the "calling voice" of the LAVs is: BRDM instead APC, when my AI mates report a contact with any of the LAVs. Hi, in the ArmA many weapons use the same muzzle flash texture when they shouldn't, the G36s for example, they share the same one than any M4A1 or M16, when the G36s have a different muzzle break, at least the K and C variants; the AK74s in the ArmA at least, use a muzzle flash that's round, like a circle, when they should be using one that goes to the sides instead have the shape of a pistol's muzzle flash or a saw-off shotgun. That should change too. Let's C ya

Hi, in all the LAVs, the gunner of the turret's MG is out but the hatch is closed, so it looks a bit weird; i did a small test on Afgani v1.0 and when i order the AI to go to a certain point it crashes vs some rubish that's too close to the road and all the LAVs unless the F-175 flipp up, while the BIS vehicles (Striker, HMMWVs, trucks..) pass by the debris without much problem. I don't know if it's an issue with the LAVs or with Afgani. Let's C ya

Hi, bingo; there's not such feature in the OFP, ArmA, or ArmA2. What i do is to hit the Print key and then hit ALT+TAB and once in the desktop, open the PS and then resize or whatever the screenshot and save it for tweak it later on; i miss that small feature, to take screenshots and save 'em direcly on the player's profile or somewhere inside the game's folder, will be very pimp. Hi, between the files that come with the Klurs island that Senchi did, comes a pair of files that turn the fog into volumetric fog and really makes the game look much better without hit aparetly that much on the game's performance. - Senchi's Klurs Island. Let's C ya

Hi, i've passed the mission of Find The Scud and now im being beaten up in the next one trying to find Guba and detain him before he reaches the airport. In the previous cutscene, where Guba guns down Angelina... now "she" uses a different face, now... "she" haves a 3 days beard and more hair in the arms than i "where the back loses it's name"; so seems that's using a random face or just the wrong one, in that cutscene. Also in the mission of Find The Scud, once you blow off the Scud launcher... you don't see any icon on the map marking the reunion point, i know that it says "go back in one piece", but in the OFP i remember to end the mission in the valley where the Scud was, so show an icon on the map marking the runion point near the insertion point may not be that bad after all, i had to look at the compass to figure it out while i left there some of the Zulu M1s firing at the remaining Spetznat on the hill at North of the valley. Hi, those unused textures pressent in the ArmA don't do there anything than take more space in the HD, like all the OFP textures that are inside the ArmA .pbos too, if you remove 'em... the ArmA will run better because it wouldn't load 130Mb of useless textures. Let's C ya- 607 replies

Hi, i've passed the A-10 mission and the next one where i (as Armstrong) had to take two bases with the support of the Alpha & Charlie squads plus some APCs so now im on the Escape Mission; and it's much harder. The weapon boxes scattered around the place where they've me held, are locked, so i can't pick any weapon... same for the hind; in the OFP, i did this mission stealing the Hind, destroying the T-80 far away and the BMP-1 on the POW site and then flying North. Now, the only thing that i can do... is steal the BMP-1 and let the infantry destoy my BMP with small arms fire. In the OFP the AI didn't open fire to the APCs so i think that this should change, is as important as fix the AI shooting the ATs at infantry, in ArmA they fixed that and i think that was a very needed fix; fix that thing of the AI shooting at APCs with small arms will be as good as the other thing. Let's C ya *EDIT: In this mission, the 1St spetznat that i see, also uses the Angelina's face and man... now i know why i need to scape from there ASAP.- 607 replies

Hi, i've reached a mission called: Air Assault. Where i should be the pilot of an AH-64A and patrol two waypoints and then head as CAS unit to a village where i should end with any hostile presence in the DAO and support the ground troops attacking from the North, but... as soon that i step on the damn Apache... this is what i see: It could be a casual bug from the ArmA (v1.14), i've just get there to get that when i enter the Apache as pilot, from the Tact View and from the 3Rd Person View, everything is ok, so i gonna try again. Hi, i think that this is a long lasting problem; we should have the weapons as they really are in the real life or as closer as they could be made. The M136 AT4 is (like the LAW-66 or 72, or 88) a single shot AT weapon, it/they should be a single shot weapon that should remain in your equipment/inventory until that you press some key to drop it, or just drop it by default players and AI. You also should be able of carry a M136 AT4 even if you have a M249 or a M240B on the hands, is not that hard, at least with the M249... with the MG3 was a true pain. As we don't have a weight system that acts as a brake for the suckers that want to carry more ammo than a minigun... they should at least, make the single shot weapons be single shot and don't add their stupid and pointless "solutions" that bring more problems than which they solve. Make the 250 rounds boxes of the M249's take 3 slots will be a better idea; but they should extend the inventory slots to at least 18 slots and review the number of slots that each item takes, i could carry 22 mags with 20 bullets each one at least during 32Km at 34ºC with my helmet, my vest, my AR, my bayonet, my combat knife, my x2 canteens of 1L, my boots, my lantern and my reserve BDU and more things like rations, a small oven, pills for various things and more things without complain. But, i'll drop the backpack as they trained me to do when i enter in a combat situation; that's what this goes about. They should review the way that they've made the weapons and the inventory slots, their number and the number of slots that each thing take, i don't know why they don't want to do it well for once at all; they should. Hi, the F-16 Falcon Mavericks don't work (at least for me) in the ArmA, if i cycle through the weapons... i pass by the cannon, the FFAR and when i get to the Mavericks, the count is empty, but i see the four mavericks on the plane's model; the external textures look really good, much better than in the previous version that i had; and the particles effects like look really pimp, unless the afterburner, that looks small and like a chaotic weird cloud behind the plane, but the rest look great. Hi, i repeat, the packs are really pimp rightnow, the only bad point is that one of the glass textures. But they look great and are more scary (and realistic) with the animated parts, really pimp; they're a must have. Let's C ya

Hi, i don't think so, the reflex sights are made to adquire and shoot faster than with iron sights, they lose their point if you are unable do it because you can't recognize or see what's a target and what not; now with the Eotech and Aimpoint glass textures like that... you can't see what's on the other side of the glass. This may be also a problem with the Nvidia graphic cards... seems that they make the transparent textures less transparent than the ATI cards, and i've a Nvidia 8800GTS; so that could make those textures worst than how they realy should, but for me rightnow those glass textures make the Eotech and Aimpoint scoped weapons on booth (Black and Camo) weapons useless. Hi, there's something "weird" with the Eotech and the Aimpoint glass texture, some times make difficult to see what's on the other side depending on the light conditions, the shadows and the graphic settings, i guess; it looks like this: Againist the sun: Sun at the left: Againist the sun: Under the shadow: It also affect the brightness of the Eotech's and Aimpoint's dot and cross, things like the buildings shadows or the palms shadows, if you look at a zone under the shadow then booth things stop shining, also if you look at certain sides of buildings even when they're not casting a shadow. But the new anims are great, same as the new camo texture and the black ones; which look much better than the BIS stock weapons and look more real. Let's C ya
