    G36 Pack

    Hi, why don't add some E512 Eotech to the G36's K? i've seen 'em with a RAS rail in the upside of the carrying handle, also M68's Aimpoints COMP ML2, in our "armed" forces (spain) there isn't a single AN-PEQ2 pasted to a G36KE or AE, instead in the side RIS, our soldiers use a laser pointer in a side and a flashlight in the other, some have a flashlight integrated in some models of vertical grip too. And as i guess that you've already suffered the attack of some "proffesional compaliners..." i advise you that the flash hider of each G36A,K & C changes from one to another; this is how the flash hider of the K version looks like: the flash hiders on my G36's K pack is also wrong made; and last thing... i guess that that "i gonna chop off your head and shove a rifle into yar throat" was just a joke to let us know that's tired to read the people complain about your good looking job. I liked that joke, keep the good sense of humour and those good looking G36's. Let's C ya

    Addon Idea

    Hi, will be a good idea to do some addon fallen trees to use 'em in Nam style islands to recreate some Iron Hand targeted bombed area, or just zones with bomb craters; places like Tunguska... and for use those fallen trees as cover from the OPFOR fire while you keep getting closer to the target. If they could be used as common trees by the island makers, the fallen or blasted trees used in conjuntion with some well choosen buildings and some good ground texture could help to recreate the edge of a blasted city, like Chechnya or Grozny back in the day. And above all... shouldn't be so hard to do some crater models to paste to the trees models and do various fallen/broken/blasted/pierced/burned trees with different textures to add or give variety to the pack itself.     Swedish Forces Pack 4 Released!

    Hi, i've some bugs with the Swedish Forces Pack 4.1.5 , the next: Plus than i don't know the weapon/ammo/units/vehicles names vecause there's no readme with the classnames and displaynames included in the SFP 4.1.5 and it's patch, so i can't change the units weapons or add anything into a script; someday we could have a readme that had it?. Good job, the best tracers ever made for a computer game. Let's C ya

    UKF Major Release

    Hi, i've worked a bit of a custom Elcan sight texture; now i juts need to do the aiming cross and set it to: Shine in the O2 with the Elcan iron sights dots. I don't know how to do the glass efect (like in the BIS binocular, or in the c8x_m16a4cco) but if the zoom don't screws the shape of the sight, i think that will look better and will give less change impression from aim from the sights than staying in the first person view.     DLEM_MEU

    Hi, yes Nephilin, i should adjust not only the pants back pockets, also the costure of the ass reinforcement and of course the colour of the vest and ammo pouches; but here is where i have the problem... as i don't know how to map/remap with the O2, the Knee pads share the texture colour with the vest and pouches, and there some more textures in that kind; that as i don't know how to remap... i can't do a specific texture for each thing, knee pads, med-kit pouch, ammo pouches, gas mask pouch... and holster. I was thinking in do a Tan vest and use it in both (W) & (D) versions, but ain't like the idea; maybe just for the desert version. Let's C ya

    Sniping-Jacks Mapfact Nogova2

    Hi, i run in a P4 3000Mhz, 1Gb 433Mhz RAM, a GF 7600 GT the terrain detail on normal and the view distance at 911m ; and with the BLB SAS + a box of my M4's + the FLK_Lynks my FPS were 14. I guess that the OFP engine is not prepared to run with so many objects; i was also running the ECP 1.085 and the DXDLL 1.0 . This island looks very good and now it has really good places to make lots of MP missions, but i don't know how the servers will manage so much things. But it looks really good. Let's C ya

    UKF Major Release

    Hi, yes, my mistake about the Diemacos, i don't researched into the UK SF's, i just guessed it out from the US SF's, MEU units, that seems to use more proportion of desert yellow in they'r camoed weapons; sorry for the pointless argument. I'll also check out those DMP2 units. Why don't the UKF team talk to the OFrP Mod team to take the Jaguar (the plane) so another field maybe covered, or to the Falklands Mod to use as UKF that precious Lynks and maybe do a desert version too?, and the Med-Evac and one artillated?, i'll like to see very much those fields covered for the UK units, and... if i were you... i'll remove that "look to the sky" head possition on the units, now that there're enought replacement Anims as for don't make the units look so bad. But im not you, im just a player; i just were sharing with you my free opinion that no one asked me, so don't get angry, just read it(or not) and forget about. Good Job. Let's C ya

    UKF Major Release

    Hi, i've really liked the weapons on this pack; i'll had made the Diemaco's (D) camo have more desert yellow than so many black and i'll also made the uncamoeds have the stock, grip & RAS pannels green; but well... with the JAM 3 sounds the units win a lot. Afther seen the SJB_Jackal326 Weapons Pack 1.1, why don't you use his Elcan sight?, i like it more, but that's a personal opinion. Good job & reminds to FatJoe. Let's C ya

    FFUR 2006 2.0 Total conversion pack

    Hi, those textures of that Irish mod were made by me; and i don't know why there're so many bugs so easy of spot in a mod that should had been already tested by people who sopposedly had to report the bugs, no matter how smaller they were. But fix each bug into a so massive mod must be like re-writte *the *bibble, a painfull job that don't use to be apreciated. And about the people who insult others in this forum or on another... i don't know if it's me who only noticed it but some people are allowed to post insultive comentarys or questions, replys that go 200% off topic and the moderators don't *do nothing about, look at my warning level... i don't know why is so higher when there's a lot of people arround who spend the day insulting and making pointless comentarys in lots of treads and that uses the work of others in they'r own advantage; open some addons and look at the parts of it.     Hi, well... i couldn't *do it better than him, so i can't say very much; plus that the 3D is not my field, but i like very much this pimp units. The proportions are very good, not only in the human model, also in the equipment (pouches, pockets, vests, plates, holster, camelbak and helmet) that's why i choosen this ones over the LSR units or any other; but im sure that someday... i gonna step with a wall as i keep working on the project, but well, we'll see... .     And we continue... I'll like to know if the MI-17 & MI-24 choppers can be found as stand alone addons somewhere. The MI-24 weapons firing sounds are very very low in DB; i was all happy firing with the APS hand gun when shuddenly... the screen frozzen... and afther some CTRL+ALT+DEL and a few ALT+TAB i was finnaly able of get out to the desktop and shutdown the OFP from there; but now... i can't open the FFUR 2006, i haven't try with the other mods, i hope that they work... and i guess... that a simple Reset or a computer restart will fix this, that i don't know why happened; no previous error message or nothing.     Hi, hi Eversman, i already took a look at those SF's, but ain't like the mitch 2000 mapping, because of the clear line in the middle of it; i want to do it with this units as good as i could, but im finding lots of problems with the O2 and with this units; begining by the texture mapping, that i don't know how to do it; i could do many new textures, but i can't map/remap 'em because i don't know how and i've no time at all. But i could do or try it... new ammo pockets textures, new gas mask & med-kit textures, holster textures and some more that will look good (i think) but my main problem (like ever...) it's to map/remap the textures. And that... without enter in the config field, where i just suck; because i don't know very much about so i've a certain tendence to screw it up. But i'll keep trying to do my best for all the OFP players out there, Marines fans or don't. Let's C ya

    Hi, i've done a bit more of the texture work, the legs, but im not happy with how the costure? of the zipper cover look like; i have to do it better; and the modeling problems are begining... i can't map textures in the O2, so i can't adjust the side pouches of the pants and the elbow & knees reinforcements, but well... the progress is slow. DLEM_MEU Progress: I hope that you like it, i think that i gonna find more than a problem with the mitch helmet cover texture; but if i can... i plan to do 2 textures, 1 with the cover and another without it, to be used by the team leader. We'll see... Let's C ya

    Hi, those MP5's have very good look like Jackal; i hope that BlackBlood be able of send you soon the SCAR's to let you work on 'em and add 'em to the final pack, for ArmA or the OFP; what i ain't liked of the weapons pack it's most of the pistols sound, they sound really bad man; even the P99. But well... i guess that that's because it isn't the final version and you've a lot of work ahead. Good job anyways, let's C ya

    Hi, im working on retexture or better, do; a new set of units based on the DLEM_ACU 2.0 101 AB Div. to do the 3Rd MEC-SEU or something closer, i don't really have time but i try to do my best; i'll need to remap or that someone will remap for me, some textures and that adjust 'em to the model equipment (over all the pouches and the small objects) this is what i've until now: DLEM_MEU: I want to do Marpat(W) & (D) textures with wound textures, hands textures and if im able of find some .jpg textures of faces that fit into the FaceTex2 head model, then do some camo variants of each face. I hope that be able of find help to end this project, i think that many OFP players may like the final resoult. Let's C ya

    Hi, no Jackal, you've get me wrong, what i mean is not that the weapon sights are not under the eye of the unit; what i was meaning is that the weapons (no matters which, BIS or addon) are displaced to the rigth a few cm, so they'r not centered with the line of the unit eye (the vertical line right under it's eye) i know that the scopes/sights change they'r size deppending on the weapon size because most of the addon weapons use they'r own size & not the BIS 3Km M16A2 low-low-low res.     Hi, i like this nextgen anims, but i think that there's a small problem with 'em; the units, no matters if BIS RES man model based or don't... don't hold the weapon right, they do it a bit at the rigth of the eye. Not under the eye, i think that's a small issue but may not like some other players; some example pics: I myself will preffer if they had the weapon under/over the rigth eye instead to the rigth of it, even if for get it the stock should be a bit inside the models shoulder.     G36 Pack

    Hi, i was talking about the spanish Marine Infantry (the 1St & the better, from the 1537), we use the plastic mag in the parades, in the instruction & on the guards & maniouvers; i guess that the logic of use 'em in this kind of events it's to let fryends & foes or unknowns in our own soil, that you're carrying combat ammo and that your weapons have 20 bullets ready. We use the metallic mags because we don't want to see a mag broken entering in possition in afganistan or other hot party places and some other issues. I never tryed out the spanish army mod, but afther seen those models... i'll like to ask a man in that mod for the .jpg textures of those G36's models & try to play a bit with the textures & make some desert & maybe green or woodland camo versions for the spanish army mod or just the addon makers (and for extension... the OFP players) and HH, in the same way than as i was doing with "my" wip_g36k pack.     G36 Pack

    Hi, some time ago "i made" a G36's K pack that was released unfinnished, i was going to add some Desert versions... but i had to delete the HD so i loosen all what i had; you could take that config of my wip_g36's k pack and use it as sampler and do your own from that one. The best G36's models out there that i've seen, are the NORFOR Weapons pack and this is how our G36's was looking like when i was working on 'em: WIP_G36KD: About the mag... the plastic mag it's only used inside the bases, when the people go out to a party, they carry the metallic magazines. I hope that ya've luck with those G36's K. Let's C ya

    SJB Weapons Pack Released

    Hi, i've reinstalled the OFP and i've downloaded your weapons pack jackal, sound good & look good, but; as far as i know... the Aimpoint, ACOG and some other scopes front glass, are not transparent; but the back Elcan scopes glass is. I was hopping to find some of those cantilever Aimpoint mounts like in the GOrdy M4's, but's not there; you gonna add it someday or a single M68 Aimpoint comp/ML2 it's enought?, can we wait a M1A Socom & Socom-II, a G3SG1 or UMP's ACOG, Reflex, Elcan (very well done sight btfw), M68 &/or with flashlight? or G36's A/K/KV/C?. If i'd time & if you had the textures in .jpg i could try to camo the M4's in woodland & desert schemes & this time in a more realistic way but that's just a sugerence... well done man, some are fanzy.
