Well, as far as I know, the original Dakota gunship (DC-3) mounted three 7.62 miniguns (fixed mount) firing out the left side of the aircraft, occupying the first three passenger windows above the wing. Sights started out as nothing more than a rod extending from the left wing leading edge, and a ring or mark on the left windscreen. I'm not sure of the sighting system on the C-130, but both versions turn a tri-level tropical forest into an instant salad. aint no lie

Holy cow, what a great idea! Give them a van to cruise around in, and a chopper to follow around like lawyers chase ambulances! Wherever the action is, they just show up at random and start popping screenies! This idea has potential, IMHO.
