Glad to read that! Could you, please, share the versions/links you have installed? More people have the issue and it could be very helpful
  4. Tom_48_97

    Failed to open object builder

For Object Builder, the versions 8.X are the most important. Could you, please, try to install this one and retest?

Could take a look at this topic and provide me the info?

    Failed to open object builder

Could you, please, give me the versions of the VC++ 2005 redist you have installed on the machine where it doesn't work? For example, I currently have the followings:
  7. Have you tried FileAssoc as described in my previous message? From the registry, it's a bit more tricky: The trail of breadcrumbs starts here: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.sqf In here, if there is shell\open\command, from the last, you will need to change the default key by "L:\PathTo\PoseidonTools\Poseidon.exe" "%l" Or, if there just is a key named default with a value (I.e. BI_Script), you will need to do the same but in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\BI_Script\shell\open\command

    ObjectBuilder Error

And, does this issue occur with MatEditor.exe or O2Script.exe when you try to run them (in same folder as Object Builder)? Same question for TexView 2. Also, have your tried the SFC, if so, what was the result?

    ObjectBuilder Error

Since I'm unable to reproduce the issue, here some questions: What version of Windows do you have? Is it up to date? Does this issue occur with MatEditor.exe or O2Script.exe (same folder as Object Builder)? Same question for TexView 2. Have you manually reinstalled the MS VC++ redist? Or was it from the reinstall of the tools through Steam? A few things that could help: Download and reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (link) The error could be due to some issues with the system, running the "System File Checker" could uncover such issues
  13. @Tankbuster, I'll need to test the performance first because that makes a big list of class names. @h -, the sorting of the file list - In the list :) @logan_83, if the path to Poseidon Tools is defined in the options of Arma 3 Tools, File Assoc should be able to do it Change log: Added: SQF definitions for Arma 3 1.71+ Download First post of this topic Poseidon Tools @ tom4897.info - 0.994.209, 13/05/2017

    Eden Editor Drop Down Bug

This bug should finally be fixed in the current RC and Development branch since a few weeks (it took longer than expected). Thank you all for the reports
  16. A recent update made that impossible. This still is something on my list but it has a lower priority than other things I'm afraid.
  17. The administrator mode warning can safely be ignored in most of the cases but the mounting of the project drive. It could also be provoked by Steam being run as administrator because when it is, it will start everything with the same rights as it has. Regarding the Buldozer issue, does Buldozer crashes at some point, or just gets stuck indefinitely? If not already the case, could you opt into the development branch and run the buldozer install?
  18. This was an issue from the install process of Buldozer which has been fixed a few weeks ago on the development branch.
  19. Does it happen in the main branch of the tools or the development branch? Also, could you, please, reproduce the issue and share your latest log of the starter? (From the launcher, View >> open logs folder)
  20. This is correct and fixed in the development branch
  21. Have you tried to verify the integrity of the tools, from Steam? One of the potential causes is that the dependencies aren't installed correctly and the verification will trigger the install of the dependencies.
  22. From the development branch of the tools, can you run buldozer_x64 and see if it fixes the issue? (steamapps\common\Arma 3 Tools\patches)
  23. As mentioned, the error basically means that the mentioned files don't exist in the project drive, it can happen with an outdated install of Buldozer due to the recent change of the file structure. A quick reinstall / refresh from the last version of the dev branch of the tools should solve the issue.

    Bulldozer crash on startup

There was an update of the development branch of the tools, can you, please, switch to it and try to reinstall Buldozer?
  25. The dev branch of the tools has been updated and the error mentioned in the first message of this thread and diagnostic script should now be fixed.
