ive recently cleared away almost all of my unofficial addons, it helps a lot. but im going to do a reinstallation of ofp when i get ofpr just for the hell of it. by the way, hilandor, what are your system specs.

you guys have limits on how much you can download. My cable company places no limits on how much i can download. or maybe they do and i just dont know about it.

think about it, do you really nead all those addons. i mean, a few weeks ago, had like 500 mbs of addons, and i erased all of them but the top quality ones, like kegs nade launcher, and winter, and desert islands. most of the addons i had i only tried them once to test them. after deleting most of them ofp ran much better.

i want it real bad, but i think some of you are over reacting(specificly the ones that wont buy the game because of it) i mean if i were bis i would be looking for a new publisher, but im not ready to give up the game becuase i get it a week later. Ive found that the time passes faster if you just stare at a specific object for hours at a time

Ive been driving around the whole city, trying to bribe little 16 year old clerks to slip me a copy of R, but no one knew what it was. The only place i found that acctualy knew what it was, was EB, which wouldnt get it untill the 10th. I guess ill just wait, i found that if you sit and stare at a specific object, it makes the time pass faster.........well it works for me

i know nordin was "temporarily" banned by placebo. But that was a few days ago. and i would expect him to be back by now. advocate had his posting rights removed for a day i think, but that was last week. Does anyone know what happend to these two?

did you try the demos of any of those games, i always try demos before buying if possible, or read reviews. The only 2 games ive bought for pc since ofp have been ghost recon, and the expansion pack ghost recon:desert siege. I dont play sp much anymore, but i play mp with my friends almost everyday.

ofp, isnt really suited for urban warfare, at least not now. The only recent realistic war game ive seen so that does urban warfare is good is ghost recon. they have one level which you have to escort a tank column through a bombed out city, and it looks awesome. Just think in 5 years well be playing games with the huge expances and realistic fighting of ofp, the urban warfare of ghost recon, the graphics of halo, and the weapon ballistics of global ops, all in one game. And we'll all be playing it on our geforce 8, p6 15 ghz, 10 gb RAM computers
