    If what you say about all the different faces is correct, then this Taipei city could be made playable.. cuz' I never really experienced that much lag whilst having air- ground battles in the Afghan city.

    In other words: Looking forward to the completion of Taipei smile_o.gif


  3. After watching Cat's Afghan Island's big city being demolished because of lag, I don't see how this is going to be playable to many folks - if at all.

    depends on the building models. I you can go into these buildings it will LAG very much. But if its just one face for one wall with a good texture it might not cause many performance problems

    Well, you couldn't walk inside any of the buildings in the big Afghan city either..

    err yes you could. You could even climb up to some towers  or openb doors to some buildings. And all those destroyed buildings have more or less twice as many faces as the others because they have must have walls in the inside too.

    NOT in the big city.. alright maybe one tops..

    And climbing ontop of a building is not the same thing as entering it

  5. I only wish that on the TGB 11 and TGB 13 (the troop carrier trucks) that perhaps a version could be made mounting a machine gun on it if such a version exhists.  

    They were making a TGB 20 with a KSP58.. something happened there, dunno what  sad_o.gif

  6. so if you can do better textures you are more then welcomed to join the team

    Sadly enough, I'm not skilled in that area  sad_o.gif

    Don't get me wrong, the textures are not terrible, but they're not awesome.. good enough for me to use in a mission though  biggrin_o.gif (this only goes for the vehicles/men I mentioned, the rest is terrific)

    Stuff I love:

    Stridsfordon90 - There are simply no words good enough that can describe how much I love this vehicle   smile_o.gif

    TGB20 - Yeah! Finally some Support vehicles.

    Hvu - Hah, so cool  smile_o.gif  (btw, the Carl Gustav m96 is too powerful)

    Stuff I didn't like:

    HKP10 - Tailrotor spins weird, textures.. well they need to be improved.

    Norrlandsjägare - It doesn't look like they're camoflagued for winter combat, looks more like you forgot to add textures.. and their guns are missing textures.

    SSG (Desert) - Once again I must complain on the textures.. they look too simple (except the desert AK5 which looks good).

    Other than that, this is a great pack biggrin_o.gif
