What do you think may be the outcome of the current situation in Israel / Palestine?

I mean, it has all escalated to the extremes. Even the Vatican has woken from a slumber and made statements. The Christian Church of Nativity (sp) is under siege. International protesters have been fired on. Journalists are being thrown out of the area. Egypt has cut diplomatic ties with Israel.

What can this lead to? Speculate.<span id='postcolor'>

    <cough> remember the topic<cough>

btw, the nativity seige will end in the palestinians being deported wink.gif

is there any connection between the victems? race, religion, anything?<span id='postcolor'>

  4. I remember it was very short and stubby. It was wide too and i can't think on any guns which remotely resemble the gun. I say it was a on-set only custom job. btw fubar, are you interested in getting one? wink.gif

As much as anti-gaming people want to say games train you to be a marksman, very few do. GTA3 is played from a 3rd person view and does not have realistic ballistics and no iron sights. Only games I would say would help trai  your gun skills would be OFP nsd Americas Army as they are the only games I really know that use use Iron sights, and even OFP dosnt have very good breathing simulator.

I would say its someone with either alot of experiance or proffesianal training. Just got to hope they can nab the person/people resbonsible and deal with them.<span id='postcolor'>

OFP does have the shaky arm? but in my experience. you can't train for something like this especially if he was a sharp shot. Games just influence fragile minds.

  6. I would have gone "awww, damn" if one person was shot, but it doesn't any longer seem the case after 5 people. Now i'm like ," that's a tradgedy". The guy/girl who did it is surely trained and most very likely will have a gun license(premeditated). I say something sinsiter is at work possibly a weird cult?

    hope you catch the weirdo!

btw icefire, stay indoors, starve if you must. We don't want to lose any precious forum dwellers wink.gif

  7. That guy was making them apparently i think in the movie. I seriously doubt their existence. The guy who was making them even says something about this. Alot of somethings but rest assured, hopefully a gun like that doesn't exist on the streets.

i never meant anything like this. We may have been stupid enough fall for all the proganda thrown at us so far. But we are not all blind. The war doen't need to cover up the economy nor intended to.

    So?

I've noticed that the US has a habit of labelling dictators in two ways:

    1) Evil nasty bad guy who needs to be 'taken out'

    2) A good friend to the US, a stalwart ally in our 'War on Terrorism'

It's all perspective.  Dictators are OK as long as they are 'OUR' dictator bad guy.   Before the US starts casting stones and making all sorts of self righteous comments, they need to look at their past glass houses.

There are a lot of nations with the capability to produce NBC weapons.  But Saddam is being singled out because Bush needs a scapegoat to take the attention of the American public off of a horrid economy (One day this week was the worst day on the NYSE since the Great Depression).  As I see it, it's also a desire to be something of a Hero in the US created 'War on Terrorism'

It is very amusing that the US thinks it's possible to declare war on a noun.  Terrorism isnt something you can declare war on.  It's something you can fight and strive to eradicate.  And after Sept 11, 2001 I cant blame the US for wanting to do just that.  The problem comes in when diplomats and bureaucrats (Rumsfeld and Powell are not elected...) start deciding to decare war on sovereign nations in the name of a concept.<span id='postcolor'>

As i said before. The us economy thrives on war.

On the subject of declaring war on a noun. I see visually like a comon crime. Imagine a crack down on loitering. Do the police jail all teenagers and rape their girlfriends, i think not. I know this is an overly simplistic scenario, but and idea to sort of comprehend the situation.

No he didn't, those studies (and I use that term loosely) were based on articles in Indian and Pakistani newspapers.  More accurate studies, using information gathered from the actual sites in Afghanistan, show that the death toll was much lower.

Back on the subject, though... I think the arms inspections will be ineffective.  They've already negotiated to have Saddam's presidential palaces placed off-limits to the inspectors.  Just like last time, the inspectors will be denied access to military bases because they're "presidential palaces."<span id='postcolor'>

You can give them to the guys from the airport, they'll make sure that it gets to its destination so you can go pick it up when you arrive.

But you gotta watch out with stuff like that, it sometimes happens that things get lost....

You can also buy Samurais in some shops, weapons shops and stuff like that....<span id='postcolor'>

I think i should state this again

"But you gotta watch out with stuff like that, it sometimes happens that things get lost...."

I'm not paying several hundred for it to be "lost". I have seen a few of those swords but most of them are cheaps. I would like to boast about the x-hundred year history behind the sword. although i probably won't have the money for that sword for a long time.
