They used a self-made program for it. Which most likely cost them allot of time and money to develop. Why should they just hand their hard work over for free? Mb like Unreal Tournaments level editor... put it on the game cd and charge extra.... just a thought

i played GR too and managed to kill ppl by shooting at a tent 1 meter away from them with a m-16..... plus when u die u just respawn at the starting point but ur team stays where u left them. They tend to get massacred. There is no ability to pick up weapons ur enemies dropped. in short im sticking with ofp

The US experimented with mini-gun ships in vietnam. I believe they used a turbo-porter or something similar with a minigun in it. That might prove cool too. As for the ppl saying it is stupid of remy to request a b-52 (which he didnt i believe) DUH. Like it or not CAS is a important part of US Strategy and if u say its a soldier sim and it needs to be realistic aircraft NEED to be in the game.

The OV-10 bronco, in my view is perfect, It fits the timeline, isnt fast , it isnt a game stopper like a b-52 would and it doesnt need gaint runways. Its less of a ludicrous suggestion than a c-130. AND it looks cool ... like some really mutated grasshopper on assorted Hard-drugs:)

u may not have fully understood what i meant. But thats ok. Btw what 'slow' contemporary bomber would u prefer? most bombers i know of nowadays are getting faster not slower. Im thinking OV-10 bronco if u know it as ur best bet

dutch soldier ..... i hope that was a type cuz the landmacht most definatly doesnt have P-3C orions ... the navy has them..... its a maritime patrol aircraft and seeing how there are no real ships en subs what would be the use. And how realistic is it u think to have AB-412SP painted bright yellow with red en blue stipes fly in to a war zone? not very i guess

All this talk of fast fighter a/c is pretty lame and useless. It wont be implemented im sure. Id reallyy question the developers sanity if they did. Incase u didnt notice its a squad based infantry sim. Haviong TRIED to fly the a-10 i would think that any fast aircraft added to the game would be unflyable due to high approach speeds..... come on honestly does anyone with some serious flightsim experience (ms flightsim and/or falcon 4) find the a-10';s handling realistic?

why we "infantry-lovers" are that adament about not needing anymore choppers and having them as addons is that they take up the place and time needed to design that could have been spent on more groundvehicles.... I mean they put in a SU-25 frogfoot, a AH-64 and the Chinook..... mb now its time to put in some new ground vehicles, MORE TARGETS FOR U GUYS btw. ive been "into" aviation for as long as i can remember my dad and most of his friends being fighterpilots. But honestly if u want to fly tomcats i think OFP and its engine will annoy u to death. Try Falcon 4 ...... great flightsim even if its a F-16 C

i dont think more jets and helicopters are really needed.we all ready got loads of choppers and jets are really not that usefull due to the low visibility ingame and the game-engine not being made for a flight-sim. Id like more vehicles, artilery and some new weapons...... and perhaps some GOOD missions to use those in.
