Wow! fancy models there,love that Gunship and the Dropship's a kick in the seat too! Maybe you can name the Gunship "Stealth Cobra" since it looks like a cross between an F117 and a heli. Sounds and looks exciting,can't wait.. One tiny suggestion though..could you improve the "zoom" on the troops rifle scopes? Being high tech soldiers and all their scope's zoom is much too inefficient. Thank you

Edited... Okay, I think I found the missing File I didn't pack, twas a file named after the weapon of the spec. ops. unit...I got me the same error when I took it out me addon folder. Link fixed..last time hopefully

Alright here's the lowdown... I tried finding the latest 'TerranTroop.rar' I downloaded onto my hard drive originally but ended up miraculously finding the first beta version instead (the one without the armor & special Ops units incomplete yet). They are a lot smaller files from the ones I uploaded so I'm pretty sure the ones you got are the latest version. I unpacked the pbo's which I uploaded, ran every unit just to make sure and never came accross any error message. My guess is that you have add ons or mods which are conflicting with these babies (I've had that happen to me with the VME and Turkish mod). Try running the game with mods turned off or running with terran stuff and just the basic addons. Oh and btw I accidentally put in that zip Terr2.pbo which is just a female soldier from Command and Conquer under Resistance and isn't Mr. Ducks, you can get rid of that, sorry I'll fix the package...

No we don't,speak for yourself..women civilians fine..military?Lets not go too far..maybe resistance side. Or custom mods sure,to each his own, but the default units should stay the way they are.

War isn't pretty and children do fall victim to it just as well as everyone else does..might as well add kittens and puppies running around getting shot by stray fire or frags (deliberate or not). What I don't get is how come you never see any old people or retirees. Or people in wheelchairs? I know there's a wheelchair add on for OFP,maybe it's because when the wheelchair gets shot or "damaged beyond further use" the occupant would just get off of it and run away. but I never saw it being used in any mission. Healthy adults are not the only ones who get reaped you know.

That's odd..you shouldn't be getting any error messages from any of these units...but I do recall problems with the older version units giving me an error message , make sure you overwrite the old ones with these I gave ya.

The AI needs a lot more improvement work.. On top of it all I find AI unbalanced between west and east. For instance, in the editor, I would set up a fight between 10 west rifleman, 1 M1A1 on side A and 10 east rifle men, 1 T72 on side B with all setup corresponding to equal rank and skill between the two. West would win 10/10 games! The M1A1 would destroy the T72 before the T72 would get in even 1 shoot at the M1 each and every time! In OFP you get more or less one side winning over the other indicating the AI skill settings being used equally onto both sides.

looking outstanding so far! Although I think it would be a better Idea to get the vehicles,troops and weapons done before starting on buildings. I hope this project doesn't end up like Nephelim's over-hyped addons.

No problem I uploaded it to Sendspace. I cant even find the upload menu on Crapidshare...I guess they don't do freebies anymore. I had to get the PBOs straight from my addon folder which has about a billion addons so let me know if I missed something. Terran Marines Fixed

One of the most annoying bugs in OFP is when AI fails to execute waypoints/actions/orders correctly resulting in utterly botched missions. I found that the most repulsive aspect of the game.

Perhaps. it would be interesting to see what kind of results one would get when coding a simplified biosphere. The Game, I believe is called Creatures 2 which had an amusing biosphere type thing going on. But the most interesting one I've ever come across was Shepherd on me amiga. I'd rather the point of focus in ArmA still be combat.
