But if you want my opinion I particularly like space ship designs from HomeWorld game series. Like this one.

Yes overheated RAM modules are the most common cause of RAM failures , some are built to tolerate more extreme conditions than others, usually the cheap brands suffer from overheating problems. Either store you PC in a more vented area or install a fan over RAM modules.

There's this freeware space simulator for PC called Orbiter which has realistic re-entry and space simulation flight dynamics. Although it's not a shoot-em-up and you won't find any lasers or missiles it's still pretty addicting and it's got a big add on community. BTW how did you manage to get the AI to attack it?

Oh yeah I also forgot the fact that Enemy AI won't shoot at it..sucks.
