Prague 3 is a former working class district, it's getting rehabilitated but some of the sights may not be too good. It's not too far from the historical center and doesn't have the backdraws the hotels in Prague 1 have (cheaper, less people roaming around the hotel, less noise). The historical center can be easily accessable from the 3rd district by foot if you have good walking shoes, but I think you could try to use the public transportation the Prague tramway has its charm I think. Look into Prague 2, it may be a bit less cheaper than Prague 3, but it's closer to the historical center and has a few good places too

I've never really smoked (just the casual cigarette, when I was offered to smoke). Thr real problem is alcohol ... I have never tried to quit drinking and I doubt I ever will My alcohol consumption varied from a period to the other in my life but it never caused any real problem and I could, if needed, stop drinking for some time. I've never developped any kind of dependancy to alcohol and nicotine or any other drug for that matter ... except maybe cafeine. It's just a matter of being reasonable and avoiding abuses

Nah, reverberation prevention and soundproofing aren't the same thing. Reverberation is ... well, for exemple, you're in a church, try to shout to see what happens .... (I'm not talking about the part were a man with funny clothes will gently ask you to leave ). For the sound proofing, we'd generally cover the walls with foam.

I'd like something like a regular low-tech army which aren't country-specific, especially with the ERDL camo (which IIRC has ever been done in OFP), it could make some good European and South American (even maybe Asian) OPFOR. A generic "Paramilitary/Terrorists/Mercenaries/Guerrillas" would be nice too, with mixed items as uniforms (a bit like with Edge's resistance), but adapted to various climates. And I may suggest that the paramilitary guys only get OD fatigues. The middle Eastern Resistance has been done on several occasions in OFP, but never in a satisfactory way. As Lenin said, what we need is something in the taste of the VBS mid-east OPFOR, but we'd also need some well equipped guys a bit like the PLO paramilitaries and terrorist organisations. Just remembered about a "cocktail" called Kalashnikov and it involves Vodka and Absynth. You cut a slice of lemon, powder it with sugar, pour a few drops of absinth on it and flame it after having picked it with a fork (you wouldn't want to burn your little fingers). You powder the lemon slice with grouve while it's flaming and then you wait till the flame dies out by itself. Drink a shot of vodka and eat the lemon slice immediatly after.
