Mad, not upset, time does heal All, why yes virginia you can do that, it's been a known fact since the weapon hit the streets <exgirlfriend works for beretta> Question is, Is he close enough? are you fast enough? do you have cojones enough? If the answer to any of the above is no, it DOES NOT WORK

In automatics ammo quality can play hell with a gun, even if the ammo is high quality. My 1911a1 eats .45 ACP without a burp, no problem, load up with matchgrade (or for that matter anything over 180 gr) and it will jam just about every other shot, no gunsmith has ever found a good reason for it, most guess that she's peculiar about her diet. Now for a weapon that jams once a decade, try a single action double barreled 12 ga.

Christ WHASSAMATTER with you people? He asked for a Crown Vic. People can ask for every damn car in Europe, right no problem, friggin' UFO's ok coming right up, ask for a Crown vic and peeps have a cow? Being a tad silly.

umm how about the "almost" tanks? (CEV's, ARV's, ALVB's) As a former Engy I notice their lack the most in OFP.

/rant mode on/ What is it with some of you? The guy spends a lot of time (we who are working with O2 realize how much time) making something that he gives to the community as soon as he can, What does he get for it? "hmmpf, should be spending your time making russian units" O2 is a free download, you want russian GO AND MAKE IT, nobodie's holding you back. Stop cracking on folks 'cuz they use it the way they want to, Don't like a mod? don't d/l it, think the game needs a certain mod? build it I have a pt76 currently ingame (not for public release, MAA's looks far better, I not only advise waiting for it, I AM waiting for it) mine's not that great, but that's not the point, The point is I wanted one, so I built one, it doesn't have to meet high standards to do the job for me. There's an old expression, "never look a gifthorse in the mouth" It means appreciate a gift freely given, rather than trying to determine if it's valuable enough for you to consider it a gift. /rant mode off/

Ok, set in hover at 10 feet AGL, give it a slight forward motion (1-2 kts) take hands OFF controls, within 1 minute the AC is hitting 90 KIAS and climbing, while adopting a slight lean and pulling off to the right. Conclusion, I think one of your mass points is out of alignment slightly.

His weapon was fouled by water and water only, <crossing a paddy 5 km south of a place called Quan tri dop> The forward assist was required on the weapon due to the light cartridge being easily unseated by anything, even a film of water on the mating surfaces- Not my words, Colt's Anyway not going to get in a pissing match about it, Do note when trying to pin a failure on cleaniness/maintenance, barring undocumented events during the wars in the Age of Reason, no enemy in history has ever allowed time for you to break down and clean your weapon, you try to do it as often as you can, but it's just not always possible. Militaries understand this, which is why they place such a high standard on reliability, The M1911 met the standard for years, the AK went beyond the standard whenever possible, and until the A2 series, the M16 failed miserably, but don't take my word for it, any number of firearms writers of good repute would be happy to back that one up.

And a tendency to blow up due to rounds not seating properly, which is why the M16A1 came with a forward assist. And they DID blow up, I lost a bud that way.
-
Hehe, I can tell because I was C-21's driver in 1984
-
Not only Army, to be exact, they are 1st Brigade 3rd Infantry Div (Mech). (little side note for BIS, C21 of 2/64 armor in actuality is the Battalion HARV)
-
My, and wasn't that a rather pathetic attempt at humor. Btw, he said jammed, not "blew up in his face" so your reference to vietnam era m16's is not only out of place, but misquoted. <down heah in Jawja, we call that a Jack slap>

Mandantory issue of the Woodland pattern BDU was 1981, first auntorized issue was Dec 1980. <I was there>
-
I'm curious, what did you enlarged frontal lobe types do to get it to work? After 1 week of messing around with it, I still can't get it to show up.
-
FS, kinda fell into it working with a friend, who put me in touch with the "right" folks. Not quite as daring and glamorous as hollywood makes it, I've only pulled once in 3 years, and in that case the mere act of putting a gun in the guy's face pretty much solved his problems, most of the time we try to not leave them any outlet or hope of an outlet, if they think it's a done deal, they tend to get docile, and we like docile.
-
Bail enforcement I get to choose my own <my backup piece is a mossberg>
-
The world is supposed to be represented by this? Anymore "slant" to it and it would fall over.
-
M1911A1 IRL, It's cheap, the ammo's cheap, it's reliable to the point of being Russian and it ignores bodyarmor (don't matter to me if the guy lives or dies, as long as he ain't getting up)
-
Umm, externally there is no difference between Chicom hardware and the Sov stuff they copied it from.
-
ST, sorry to say the price of fame is sometimes harsh. please don't let the young'un dissuade you from modding, the community would lose more than a modder.
-
Try selling that to M$ Fubar Time and money can alter any natural state.
-
For the love of Mike, stop treating this guy like a modder, all he does is paint on other folks work. If this is the criteria to be met I am the *greatest* modmaker in history.
-
Actually, it's a wee large, but notably closer to scale than ANY other tank in the game <even BIS versions> P.S. Sturm you can release that bad puppy anyday now, y'hear <look at my name and guess if I like this tank>
-
Unfortunately, It seems Marcel has been assimilated by the WWII Borg <aka Invasion 1944 mod> So we won't be seeing anymore addons from him <not to knock I 1944 mod team, but they release many pics and precious little else, and seem to be aiming at a commercial release> Btw, that's my opinion and not a statement of fact, if they wanna say different, I won't kick.
-
Hell son, You should hear it FIRE Btw I think Operation Code Blue mod has an MLRS in their mod, I've seen pics on OFP info of it.

Y'all bear in mind, That be a swedish OFFICER saying the tank is a POS, as in the same OFFICER who'd be telling his Government they need funding for a NEW, IMPROVED tank. If they work anything like procurement in the US Military, they'll claim any number of faults, especially the well documented ones that were noticed in preacceptance tests but were dismissed because that was the NEW, IMPROVED tank
