I guess it really depends if there are enough French forum users/Opf players to warrant a specific French forum, if there are then I don't see a problem with it myself. The only problem would be where does it stop? If there's a French one then people will rightly say "why can't we have a Swedish one" or Dutch, or Norwegian, or Spanish etc. etc. etc.

I have no problem with people posting in their native language on the forums if they do not feel confident with their English, however you're far more likely to get a response if you can post in English

Yup I know, the best host is one provided by your own ISP but they tend not to give much space away, virtualave is good but now you have to sign up with your credit card as they charge you if you go over the 50mb space or use more than 1gb bandwidth per month, when I signed up years ago they never asked for that so I dunno what would happen if I went over the limits

I'm on 56k in England and the speed is just fine, maybe it's because I work my way through reading a couple of the forums at a time in seperate browsers that I don't notice any delays
