IMO that is an unnecessarily harsh and inflammatory thread title, I cannot think of one game that is superior to Opf, either in design, execution or ability to take up my time and keep my attention, most games I play until I complete them and never touch again, Opf I've been playing solidly since the demo. Also IMO version 1.0 was vastly superior to ANYTHING else around at the time or that has been released since, for a supposedly "beta" release the only bug I personally ever encountered were a few clipping problems, which it seems ALL games have these days (Max Payne for one), yes the netcode wasn't/isn't ideal but I've still had many many hours of great fun playing co-op missions with my 56k and that was with version 1.0. As far as I'm concerned my faith, patience and loyalty has more than been rewarded with the 4 upgrades/addons we've had, I for one certainly feel I've had my Å30 worth and more I would imagine that because I've been following the game for so long, and because I work for OFPN, and because I work on these forums, I'll be accused of being a "Bis bottom licker" well nothing I can do to avoid that, but I can assure you of one thing, being the extremely lazy bastard that I am if I didn't love Opf as much as I do I certainly wouldn't be giving away so much of my free time working in the community both here and for OFPN

Have you tried contacting the individuals concerned and explaining the situation to them? There are some talented mission makers out there and it would be a shame if their missions aren't being played by more people solely through a lack of communication

If you use the same pic of the guy that Moderators/Bis people use as default then it gives people the impression you work for Bis/the forums, thus it has the potential of confusing them or delaying them if they have a forum problem if they want to contact us. Anyways wouldn't you prefer to have a unique avatar for the "mighty 5"?

SP cos 1. I'm untalented and 2. I'm anti-social Although I'd have to say just being part of the Opf community in my own lil way is a great experience, I've never played a game before that was so excellent I became involved in it's community

The reason you could see the pic is because it's in your cache, nobody else could see it, trust me on that one If we manually go to the url that the pic is on then yes we'd be able to see it until that is removed from the cache, if you use the url I provided you then everybody will be able to see it, I don't mind you using my webspace, I wouldn't have uploaded the pic if I didn't want it to be used

geekspeak IMHO= "In my honest opinion" IMO= is the same without the honest..... At first I thought LOL was lots of love but then wondered why these men I'd just met kept saying it to me IIRC is one I only learned recently, it's "If I remember correctly", I tend to use that one a fair bit.
