Social Services always have to err on the side of caution, and IMO always should, better that a child temporarily gets taken away from good parents than a child is left to be murdered by his/her parents because social services didn't act.

That must have been a problem your end then (ooh err missus ) AFAIK this recent bout of slowness started Thursday night or so, of ourse there have been times in the past it's been a little on the slow side but nothing like the last couple of days, usually it's either working fine or completely down

Perhaps I'm reading the question wrong, are you asking how you can show your men reloading their weapons after the cutscene? Or are you asking how to make sure the weapons are loaded so you don't have to see them reload? (as InqWiper correctly answered)

I guess it depends on what card you have as to whether it "sucks" or not, but don't hold your breath, I really don't see it happening
