Mandy as for a "stuck" key, I would strongly advise you to purchase the game at something like 9am CET, that means there'll be at least 3 guys sat at their desks who can manually push your order through if it gets stuck, unfortunately due to the very high demand sometimes an order will get stuck but 99.9% of the time everything happens automatically. We get at least 10-20 support tickets every single day about these two errors, why people don't use a google search and find the answer in 3 seconds is beyond me! It's always due to not running steam as admin, sometimes it requires a complete fresh install of the games once Steam has been set to run as admin: (obviously disabling AV when install also helps).

Then why on earth have you hijacked the thread of someone using the Steam version? You brought the incorrect replies on yourself. I'd suggest you start your own troubleshooting thread then and not hijack someone else's :)

Where did you buy the game from?

Did you google atiumdag.dll ? It's related to your graphics drivers it would seem, now would be a good time to uninstall them, use something like driver cleaner to remove every trace, download the latest ones, disable your antivirus, install the new drivers as admin, and cross your fingers :)

I was watching Falling Skies last week and said to the wife imagine how much fun a DayZ type mode would be if it was based around Falling Skies rather than zombies, if you get caught you end up getting a bug stuck on your back and have to fight for the aliens against the humans, sweet! :) Has it? Hmm maybe other mods would like to chip in but I'm not sure I can really see the point for such a specific standalone thread, we can easily adjust the title to something that you think might help? I believe that a lot of stores these days can offer DVD shaving services or whatever the heck they call it which basically shaves a minute layer of plastic off the underside of the disc which makes it readable again, not sure what the cost is though and considering you can get OA from our store right now for only €11.24 (steam and non steam) you might be better off there because then you always have access to your digital version no matter where you go :)

You have the Steam version? So why are you manually trying to patch it? That will certainly mess your game up, Steam auto patches. There are a number of rules about searching before posting, posting in the correct forum, you were required to read the rules when signing up, shame you chose to ignore them.

DVD? Digital? Steam? Sprocket? You can't post a request for help with absolutely zero information...

Have you tried copying the contents of the DVD to your hard drive instead of just installing it? Have you tried cleaning the DVD or repairing it?
