    Except make them without fire geometry  'cause a bullet wouldn't care that you are behind a straw bale!!!!

    I've looked into Satelite.

    Not really an option for gamers. MINIMUM ping time is going to be 500ms, and thats just from your 'puter to the Sat service ground station before it hits the internet. Plus it's WAY expensive - $400.00 USD for equipment plus $70.00 USD/month for service with a Byte count limit for DLing.

    I use the 2. Target command all the time, and it works great. The problem with OFP is that the radio message queue is serial and it sometimes takes a few messages before your commands get sent to the gunner(or driver). This is especially true with a large team and a large OPFOR.

    DC choppers are not easy, and don't seem real to me. It feels like your trying to balance the helicopter on the head of a pin. Way too easy in BF1942:DC to get the chopper upside down!!

    I've finaly gotten to the point that I can actually take off and move to a far off location, but this took many hours of practice and crashing. Even now I crash %50 of the time I fly a DC chopper.

    It sounds as if he doesn't fully comprehend the Tank commander system and targeting.

    Youre gunner will automatically choose targets and engage under certain circumstances. As commander you have to put your cursor over the tank you want your gunner to target, and then right click. You will say "target tank, 28" or some such. The target tank should now have a white box on it. When your gunner has aquired the target it will also have a white diamond on it. At this point you need to tell your gunner to fire by pressing the Ctrl key (easiest) or left clicking on the target (this can sometimes be difficult if your tank is moving).

    Looks kinda weak to me. A 5.56 bullet in a pool of water standing that close would have you all wet!!! IRL it's not a few drops shooting into the air it would be a SPLASH shooting into the air. Even a 9mm would be a bigger splash than the ECP effect.

    Having said that, ECP is still WAY better than the BIS effect of a small puff of smoke/water.

    I think there have been a couple of polls about how old you are and the result has been that there is a sizable portion (majority?) of the community that is over 18. (I'm 37, 38 this month)
