The easiest way is to make your own mod folder, name it whatever you want and put everything in one folder. For example, make a mod folder called @ADDONS. Put all of your addons in there and use -mod=@ADDONS. I never understood why people have seperate mod folders for every little addon, it's really not necessary and it will get you laughed at when you join a game and it has a target line longer than this post, lol. It sounds really good. Even though the sound quality isn't very good in these videos, maybe they will help is some way. They are from my tour in Iraq. In the second one you can kind of hear that high pitched wine that I think is pretty important. Good luch with your project. -

First Aid module - works in MP?

We've had trouble even when we don't use any of the first aid modules. We couldn't get the medic to heal wounded players even when using the stock setup. We were going to try to use some of the first aid modules next so to see if that would make us capable of healing at all. I just hate the wounded view after respawning bug. -

When playing with the SOM, after accomplishing a couple of the side missions, it gave me the ability to call in a tactical airstrike. Is there a way to make this available without using the SOM module in a mission? Any help is greatly appreciated.

In ArmA2 instead of objectives, they are referred to as tasks. That guide tells you how to create tasks. -

HALO, how to add it ?

Yes, it does work great! However, is there a way to make it so you can HALO after you respawn. Using the method Junker posted works great initially, but if you respawn and want to HALO or HAHO again, it doesn't work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Monty -
I've got a couple of bugs/problems to report. 1) When using NVGs on the deck of the LHD there is some small light that blinds you, as if you are looking directly into a spot light. 2) When using NVGs in the cockpit of some aircraft, the lights from the MFDs make everything around them very dark. Which basically forces you to fly in 3rd person. 3) When using the first aid modules, after becoming wounded, then dying, when I respawn I am stuck with the same vision I had when I was wounded. Even though I just respawned with a shiny new character, the screen is red and all blurred out as if I was wounded. Not only that, but it made me invulnerable! This happened to everyone on different missions. Thanks, Monty

Mine said 1.01 patch already installed like many in this thread have reported. My game says version 1.01.57751 in the main menu after running the patch. Hopefully all is well, the patch went so fast it seems like it didn't have enough time to install anything. EDIT: It certainly did change several pbo files, as stated by Sickboy earlier in this post.

Mod to disable Motion Blur and Running Blur very needed

I think you will find more people here consider those "features" and not "problems". The motion blur and other effects are wonderful. They add a great sense of immersion to it. The head bobbing was a little extreme and I turned mine down a little in the options. I do agree that it would be better for some people with low-end systems to have the option to turn those kinds of things off. -

The Metaboli download worked fine for me. I've bought the majority of my games from download services like Steam, Direct2Drive, and Sprocket. I have never had any problems what so ever. It's the future, better get used to it. In the years to come it will be the only way to get games. -

First, there will never be any game that is anything close to being in real combat. I prefer Steam. I do wish/hope that it will be available on Steam as soon as possible. I don't understand why people don't like digital downloads. There is no doubt that it is clearly the future of game distribution. -

We've been doing some testing using VTE in conjunction with ACE. It makes for a really good time. Some of the ammo isn't packable in the ACE rucks and there are a couple other minor issues, but it's great! Is VTE still being worked on?
