I have another question, once you have completed editing and creating your mission in the mission editor and you're ready to move it to your Mission folder, how do you remove the ".Sara"? Is there a code that deletes it?

Where can I learn the whole thing like ABC class. I know some, but not all , I can assign commands, simple commands. i've seen wiki but I dont think it's for entry level people.

what about [] {} <> & #() _ = ; aren't these part of the scripting commands

Hello friends,  I am trying to learn scripting but  I face many problems. In this little script above, I am trying to get  b1  to shoot  j1 and then after that b1 himself dies. the problem is, b1 receives the setdamage command before he shoots j1. How can I put this in Orderly manner.

I've accidentally deleted a mission from my mission folder, the library mission. my game is the german downloaded version with 1.05 patch. I am afraid I'll have issues when I patch next time, can someone post it as a download or send it to me?

is this an Addon, it loooks great and I downloaded but I couldnt figure out how to use it. How do I use in the Editor? if it's not an addon, then I dont really mind

first, place the waypoint of the bombing, then in the "On Act", Â put this in..........name fire "BombLauncher" This is what I've been doing, it's very inaccurate though, I hope someone can find how how to make it target a specefic object

I am new to scripting and mission making but recently I was trying hard to learn it. I am trying to create a script which will enable pilot1 to enter plane2, a jet as the pilot. now I know the command, it's something like this pilot1 action ["GetInDriver",plane2] .my question is, how can I put this in the form of a  script. I can do it internaly without the the script by using the Activation thing but I want get alittle more into scripting so can anyone help putting this in the form of a script and explain it? it will help big time. Can Overclocking your card possibly damage your GPU card or the motherboard? is there danger to it?

speaking of "Overclocking", ATI control center gives the obtion of enabling Overdrive but it also warns you of enabling such obtion, I wonder what could possibly happen? and has it happened to anyone before and is it better enabling?

My PC Windows XP MCE Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4gz 1GB DDR2 667 X1950 512 MB Video Card 250 GB SATA Had drive Intel SigmaTel High Defenition Audio -------------------------------- I had the German Downloaded Version and burned into a DVD disk. after burning it, I tried to install, after installation, I tried to start the game and here what I get " This application has failed to start because D3DX9_30.DDLL was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this" any help?

Hey you guys, I dont think you can update the download version of Armed Assault. There is some other ways of updating. I would suggest you dont rush at trying to install the patch. I too have the downloaded version. waiting for instructions of how to update it.

Make sure the download Files are in the same Folder. it consists of ArmedAssault_Setup and setup01.bin. Make sure these two files are in the same folder.

Hey, it looks like the grass is only generated within 50-70 meters around the player, Is there anyway to improve this? get a good CPU, Increase Memory? something to do to improve this, or ar we stuck?

The game needs serious improvements.
