    1970 vs 2010

the game's set in the future the soldiers are seen wearing interceptor armor...they're fighting the russians, they are using modern weaponry and vehicles

    Osprey?

you can tell flashpoint 2 apart from armed assault because it uses a more advanced shader and shadow system plus the models and textures are just so smooth and chrisp, but i guess an alternative way to tell them apart is from the vest they wear. one is wearing interceptor armor...the other is wearing the old standard one first picture is flashpoint 2, the 2nd is armed assault: notice higher polygon models...and a different stance animation [ig]http://img.gamespot.com/gamespot/images/2005/335/928493_20051202_screen007.jpg[/img] using similar opflash animations>100kb

    I was wondering

I know this game...graphic wise is more advanced that the original flashpoint, as well as the xbox version which updated models and new direct x effects. but there is something that exists in opflash all the way up to up flash elite...and that is the models seem to have bendy legs...seen here. [im]http://img.gamespot.com/gamespot/images/2005/138/561091_20050519_screen032.jpg[/img]>100kb [im]http://img.gamespot.com/gamespot/images/2005/271/561091_20050929_screen007.jpg[/img]>100kb now i was wondering, was this intended? sort of an engine limitation? or traditional? as you can see in the 2nd picture, the soldier was able to salute and his legs were straight. does this engine have the same limitations?
