Got this very weird problem, i created my own island using visitor and in the buldozer there is grass and sand textures, when i compile it and test it out in flashpoint everything turns out fine. Problems start when i copy the addon to other coms the grass textures disappeared leaving only a snowy ground, so when i play multiplayer only my com has the grass textures, the other coms has just snow. Can anyone help?

the textures are already in the .pbo file that i compiled. Found out something else, when i restarted my com the textures also disappeared. So now its like there is no textures in all the coms...

The error message "Bad serial number in setup" pops up whenever i start buldozer. Does anyone know how to rectify the problem?

when i start the game, i am unable to see through some of the windows. what i see is just grass and sky, its like my other objects just disappeared. anyone know what is the problem here?

thanks i manage to get the stuff working. there is this other problem that i face, when i passby some of the windows i am unable to see the objects outside, its like there is an invisible wall. I can shoot through the window though. what do u think can be the problem?

i am unable to fire through some of the corridors and windows of my buildings. Has it got anything to do with the fire geometry? If not what is the problem here? Can anyone help?

created a building addon, use visitor to plonk it into my island. In the mission editor, there is no sign of my buildings on the map, however when the game started my buildings are there. anyone know how to make those buildings appear on the map?

O.. it worked! thank you =) Initially like what Jakerod said i also thought it was the config problem. Anyway thanks for your help.

Ok works fine now, thank you. They probably should come out with an English version of the Visitor tool.

When placing people and cars using visitor, i notice that in the buldozer the people/cars sink into the ground(about half of its body underground). When in OFP, not only the cars/people sink into the ground like in the visitor, they also have a white barrier thing around it. Whats wrong?

how do i make the animations work in those buildings that i planted in the visitor?Do we script it or make changes to the config.cpp file? what i did: 1. i extracted just the building.p3d file from a building pack. 2. copy it to the data3d folder so that i could plant it in the map using visitor. 3. compile it to a .pbo file then place it in the addon folder 4. the animations doesn't work during gameplay

why do you say Z: drive? It will make visitor crash only.

Z drive? u mean your Z drive contains your flashpoint folder, because i see that your buldozer folder is in the C drive.

then how did you set up the system preferences?

thats what i did. all the .p3d files i added them into the buldozer data3d folder, same as the .paa files in the data folder. however the animations still dont work. The building pack .pbo is also in the addons folder.

still not too sure about the named properties. I notice that all the animations in the buildings doesn't work in flashpoint, how to script it in together with the the town.pbo? so that it can work.
