I'm sure most of you know the SP demo was released a month ago, but only on CDs that came with several magazines. Will the SP demo ever be available to everyone else?

You know that's not a substitute for the real thing. We need a mission like "ambush" from the original OFP demo. The quality of that particular mission is what drew a lot of people to OFP in the first place.

I'm assuming BIS is working primarily on the 505 update right now, but is it reasonable assume that the SP demo will released after that?

The VDV was strictly airborne(it's part of the name after all); air assault was done by the DShB . I don't think I've ever heard of the VDV deployed with regular army units, unless they were assigned to defend a convoy or something of that nature(which they would operate independently when doing).

Jesus, why is everyone thrashing Sled88 so hard? Right now, most of you guys are sitting around criticizing, and not actually creating anything; something to keep in mind while you sit on your high horses. The Conspiracies series was intended to be an immersive experience, pushing OFP to its graphical and emotional limits. I personally think he succeeded in that goal, especially since no one else has bothered bringing the STALKERS experience to OFP...
